Negative experience: Very bad service specially for family if you are bachelor and love to smoke pls join them. DRIVERS SMOKE CIGARETTES INSIDE THE BUS!! Buses are not comfortable, very bad seats like sitting on iron. If you are planning to go with family for umrah through them please don’t. The drivers don’t have any respect towards you they smoke inside the busses, they smoke on border right infornt of the gates where family and kids stand. 0 RESPECT FOR FEMALES AND KIDS. Bad and unhygienic hotels in madina the time we reached hotel the floors were full in dust and someone else’s garbage was lying in the bin.
Negative experience: Need to improve the service level
Negative experience: Third class service…Don’t take any umrah package from them. They lieing first while enquire from them packages. First they saying room are in near Makkah and madina, later they give far away from place.Room also third class they give later they saying we already booked room but last moment hotel refused to give room.Very difficult to go with family life this service if they give.
Negative experience: I would not recommend anyone to use Ansari travel for Umrah at this moment unless they make efforts to improve their services. The overall travel experience with Ansari Travel was disappointing, primarily due to a rude driver and poor service at the hotel in Madina. The hotel in Makah, although a bit distant, was satisfactory. However, the Madina hotel was deemed third-class with no customer service. A representative steering customers towards a specific dates store during Ziarah in Madinah raises concerns about potential personal gain. The dates they were given were different what they were showing and bit expensive then the market price. Furthermore, the lack of responsiveness to room issues, such as a malfunctioning AC, no towels in room and rotten egg was there in the fridge causing unpleasant odors, compounded the negative experience. Despite efforts to change rooms, the initial reluctance of the hotel manager prolonged the discomfort. This, coupled with the unmet expectations, makes it difficult to recommend Ansari Travel to others. Driver careless driving would have caused an accident (God Forbid) in Madinah when there was raining.
Negative experience: Worst third class service ever . No proper costumer service . Very unprofessional travel agency. We payed for a family room and they gave us bachelor room. The hotel room they gave use at Madina was very unhygienic third class hotel . No towel soap no proper room service at room very unhygienic smelly room even very far away from haram . The guide behaves very ill mannered no respect towards people having family uneducated fellow as a guide don’t even know how to treat people . Worst service ever. Will not recommend anyone to choose such a travel agency .
Negative experience: Everyone has right to express their views on any organization about how they feel to review. HOWEVER! When a family member rated them 1 star they called another family member complaining that they got us the visa for umra when it was literally their JOB!!!! Bruh And then he also said he respected us and reserved us seat for umrah trip…AGAIN!! LITERALLY THEIR JOB!!! They *guilt trip* u until u apologize and give good reviews

Negative experience: Mr Ayub is Very polite to speak and convincing initially. My itinerary [ Sharjah - Makkah (5 day) - Madinah (4 days) - Sharjah ] Booked and confirmed hotel, paid as per agreement. Suddenly changed hotel a day before travel stating we are giving a better & nearer option (false) which I insisted until I boarded my flight and got back to our previous booking in Makkah. Madina hotel confirmation was promised as I would arrive in Makkah but was confirmed after 5 days of daily follow-ups just a day before we started travel for Madina. Madina booking was for 4 days but my booking was conveyed for only 3 days, and for the last 1 day I was forced to change the hotel during iftar time in Ramadan and his fellow mates treated me as if I was to stay for free and it was their courtesy. May be the trick was to recover the price in the 4th(last) day of the journey by giving far away hotel from Haram and cheapest possible and politely saying sorry I forgot it was 4 days.
Fantastic experience: Masha Allah ,Mr.Ayub Ansari he is a very kind person well coordinations, great service
Positive experience: Very nominal service charges
Negative experience: Pathetic staff, extremely non professional...instead of providing reasons for high rates they will start fighting....big zero, please dont waste on calling them
