Fantastic experience: We booked the evening desert safari through our hotel. We were surpised by how fun the car ride in the desert was and how well organised and perfect the overall package was. Our guide, Mr. Brown was not only a very good driver, he also took really, really nice pictures of me and my wife and of the others in our group. The dinner was excellent as well. The atmosphere in the camp was great. No hidden costs. 100% recommendation.

Negative experience: I booked and paid in advance for a dhow cruise in Dibba, on Oman side. The tour was cancelled with very late notice, late previous evening. It finally happened one week later but we stayed on Emirati side, even though I was clearly told we would go to Oman I side and had to pay a Visa authorisation fee in addition to the tour price! I tried to contact the agency via WhatsApp and email to address my issue, but they are refusing to give me a refund of any amount.

Negative experience: Worst agency ever ! Lazy people no one answer u U pay them , they give u wrong booking , sucks services! Take my advise avoid this agency ! Thx me later
