Negative experience: I could have given half star to this pathetic services. The food was stale and not properly cooked. When we raised it with concern team they just ignored it. And it was a premium service and normal service was even worst than this.pls do not go with universal tourism and camp number 33. The entire Pakistani mafia is just a money making. If we are paying then we should be getting better service.

Negative experience: Bunch of SCAMMERS!! I paid AED 385 for dhow cruise and they refuse to refund!! I told them to reschedule since my mom wasn't feeling well and they agree!!! Then this bad weather came and they said the operation was cancel!! I aked them to refund the money since my Mom and my Brother already back to my country and i don't wanna do it since the weather nowadays is very hot even at night!!!!!!! They want us to go for dhow cruise this summer!!! Imagine!!!! Was chatting with them for a month now!!!!!!! I even talked to all their employees regarding this issue!!!!! You bunch of LIARS AND SCAMMERS!!!!!! I will keep posting a negative review here EVERYDAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Negative experience: Man, i dont normally give 1 star but these guys sucks. Bro, we had a proper conversation that we will have an upper deck table for the cruise. You said yes. We pay. We even came in early (the first one who went inside the queen star cruise). Bro, we got kicked out of the table we chose. We end up sitting at the bottom deck because apparently there’s another group who reserved most of the tables at the upper deck. Who wont get mad?

Negative experience: The location marked in Google map does not lead to the place. Tried to locate the office but could not. The phone numbers given in their website are not answering. This is in answer to the reply from the company. Just now, I tried the number 04-3446766 but no answer. The number 04 3444311 just gives out beeps. Please check if the numbers are correct. This is not to spread false rumours, please also check the location marker in Google Map, if wrong, please make corrections as a lot of people rely on Google Map to get them to places and if the marking is wrong, the loser will be the company.

Negative experience: The worst experience ever, I had a marine cruise package, they promised me some service but was very disappointing....I wud never recommend this tourism to any visitor.

Negative experience: verry bad experience. the service what was promised was not delivered. poor coordination. worst vehicles. no food at the camp. i have done couple of desert safaris but this was my worst experience with this company.. please do not book any service.. drivers at the safari are very rude and unprofessional .. no manners to talk.. we had booked a private vehicle 4X4.. but the service provided was in shuttle transportation.. very bad experience .. waste of money and time..

Negative experience: In case you will see the name of this travel agency just skip it,because they don’t care about clients!I have booked and paid deposit for them,everything was confirmed 100%!But before 3 hours to my cruise dinner they texted me that my cruise has issues and they have to move me for next day!I called the cruise itself they said everything is ok!So they are a big layers as well!Never ever deal with them !!!!!

Fantastic experience: A very professional service. We booked a last minute VIP marina cruise with Universal tourism on a weekend evening. Mr Akhtar was very helpful, every step of the way. We had a group of 19 people and each one of them had a wonderful time. Excellent, reliable and efficient service. Will definitely use them again.

Negative experience: Pls never book with this travel agency , they will promise you all the moon and stars for booking and you will get the reality once you reach the venue. I booked for a cruise dinner , the person over call said that he has booked a table on top deck but once I reached the cruise people said there’s no booking its only first come first serve basis. Imagine we had to stand on the deck all the 3 hours after taking vip ticket. If we would have said that then I would have gone early and take a table. There was no point to lie. We took an alcohol package but on the cruise they denied so there we there we had to fight for it and got the alcohol package confirmed.pls book directly in that Marina cruise or from any other good rated travel agency. Don’t get fooled like us as we didn’t check the review before booking.

Negative experience: I never leave any negative reviews, but I feel like it's my t duty to warn everyone about this FRAUD company. They pretty much lied about EVERYTHING they promised us. I made a reservation for 2 ppl on the corner of the upper deck, 10 days before my friends birthday and confirmed it more than 3 times even the morning off the birthday, he kept telling me its done, but when I reached there , 30 mins before departure they had said its first come, first serve and gave us the worst spot! Eventhough there were 2 big groups that had reservations honoured. They confirmed that the price we paid (which was higher than most of the ppl with us on the cruise)was for a premium alcohol package when we got there the manger said it wasn't! He also said that he gets alot of complaints on AKHTAR and #universaltraveltourism because they promise things that they never honour. Avoid at all costs if you don't want to feel cheated on. Go with any other tourism company there are PLENTY. The dhow cruise and experience itself are nice too bad it had to be ruined by this fraud company. When I complained AKHTAR just blocked me. I have all the WhatsApp convo as proof fir anyone who asks!

Negative experience: Very bad experience with uncooked cold dinner(yakkkkk). 1 hour route instead of 2 hours, boring shows, food was taken away after a single serving only. No starters, no welcome drink. Dessert included only halwa. Aweful taste!!ewwwwwwww I would rather give 0 rating if I had an opportunity.

Negative experience: Terrible Service. Dirty camp, inexperienced drivers. Our car got stuck in the sand dunes. Had to beg for everything that they said they are giving inclusive with the package. Staff don't know much English so making them understand that we had quad bikes each in the price per head that we had was difficult (even though this was clearly written in the 50% advance receipt that was paid for). They also did not give an official receipt for the other 50% payment given upon pick-up. Picked us up too late that when we arrived other guests were almost done eating so little food were left. Asked to pay extra for the quad bikes instead. which we did out of frustration and embarrassment (just so we get to still enjoy the experience especially since we had close family friends that went with us expecting quad bikes with what they paid for). Getting frustrated, after complaining to the management a day later their management refused to give a refund saying that we should've complained on the day itself (which we thought we did but none of them seems to remember so its gotten down to their word against ours). Turned out to be AN EXPERIENCE WORST THAN HELL. And they had the audacity to say that they will not refund but only give a free desert safari booking. After such terrible experience, WOULD ANYONE REALLY RISK GOING AGAIN WITH SUCH A COMPANY WITH TERRIBLE AND DANGEROUS SERVICE?!? NO ONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD. Those who gave very good ratings were probably just the management themselves trying to make their company look good despite the very opposite reality. VERY BIG MISTAKE EVER GETTING ANY SERVICE FROM UNIVERSAL TRAVEL TOURISM.

Fantastic experience: Universal Desert Safari in Dubai is realy great and un forgetable!!! We really enjoyed a lot all the camp activities that includes in the tour under Universal!!!
