Negative experience: The worst ever. None professional Call us to the gate then we stand in queue and they delay plan enter for more then 10 minutes. I make boarding once they open the office but they give me seat number 29 which is last seat. Flynas, never respect clients.
Fantastic experience: I was unable to reach the two customer service numbers listed on Flynas website. However, after my third attempt to call 04 2660444 Karama office, Ms. Susan answered the phone. She was an angel who saved my day by providing the boarding pass copy. Her professionalism and diligence set a high standard for others to follow. I highly recommend her for going above and beyond her responsibilities.

Negative experience: They change my ticket 3 time they waste my time Alot …then i go karama branch to aju jhon was there & I cancelled my tickets then hi told me you will receive your money within 14 working days …till now 26 days gone but thy didn’t refund my money..now thy not answering my call not replying me for my Email ..this is Totally nonsense I don’t know what to do now

Negative experience: Flynas is one of the bad airlines at Dubai Airport. Dubai DXB, as an international airport, does not accept this airline. During travel from Dubai DXB, an international airport, to Abdulaziz International Airport (JED), I even tried to go for Umrah. DO NOT BOOK THIS AIRLINE

Negative experience: I wish if I can give nil stars , the flight was delayed for four hours even without giving us a notice , and while changing the transit flight time too due to that , my bag was lost because of the mismanagement. I raised my complaint but unfortunately without any response from the airlines up to the moment. Even worse I tried to raise my complaint through GACA, they informed me that there are no flight with that same number that was already mentioned in my boarding pass. Never again .

Negative experience: If you want to know the worst than worst airlines is Flynas. They can be proud of themselves. My ticket is on 24th of July 2023, I have tried to cancel and refund it. They say there is no cancellation or refund. See dear customers, this airlines is pretending a professional airlines in despite of they are not until they get the money. If you want to cancel & refund & customer service or etc. they never help you! This airlines is the biggest thief. For your information
Negative experience: They open the gates 30 mins late but if you are 2 mins late they say we are closed. The plane has not left and they only opened the gate for 10mins. Simply TRASH and 1 star is more than they deserve
Negative experience: When I called for some information and assistance, there was an extremely rude person on the phone and in the end he hanged up whilst I was still talking. I have chasing them on 2 different numbers and on emails for 7 days with no help received whatsoever. This is actually shocking, I have never experienced such a poor service in Dubai. Negative experience: selling fake tickets through cleartrip.com I booked from Lahore to Dubai Via RUH (Saudi) through cleartrip.com when i reached for check in they said its not allowed. then why they open the ticket cleartrip said its mistake from flynas airline
Negative experience: Generally, flynas is the worst airline I have ever used. Don't be fooled by their low prices. You are missing many useful services against these low prices. If you had to change your flight less than 4 hours before the departure you will loose the whole amount you paid for your flight. Their boarding staff are not trained at all. Very bad in dealing with passengers Most of the time they are not clear about the applicable instructions and rules. I think this is meant to be like this so passengers will loose their flights obviously less than 4 hours before the departure and they have to pay to book another flight another time or day. This happened with me 3 times now. We end up paying the price 2 times for a single journey. I strongly don't recommend using this airline.
Negative experience: Worst airline ever. They charged me extra for checked luggage even though my ticket clearly stated 20kg allowance. Poor customer service. No AC in the terminal buses. Immediate discomfort and sweat. T5 RUH duty free displayed some products for which the bar codes weren’t registered. So I couldn’t make a purchase.

Cleartrip is Indian base application where we can buy our ticket. i was cancelled my ticket before 4 days of flight. but i did not get my money back from cleartrip. he said from our side everything is done. we are waiting for money refund from FLYNAS SAUDIA AIRLINES. now i dont know who is wrong or right. i was cancelled my ticket in last year 30 oct 2021. it was worse experience with both company.
