Fantastic experience: Dear all, The 8th October my family and I went for a Safari tour in Dubai desert. We had so much fun! Our tour guide AJ was punctual and a great driver both on road and in the dunes!!! A really high skilled tour guide and driver! We did the buggy experience, we saw lots of camels and we could enjoy the drifts in the desert. So amazing! Around 6pm we went to a camp and we ate all together and we saw wonderful shows (traditional dances, belly dancer, fire dance…). We were around 400 people. If you have back pain you should think twice about this tour, but of course the driver will listen to your needs. AJ was really kind, so if there will be a next time for us, we want him as our tour guide (we had so much fun drifting in the dunes). This tour was worth the price!!

Negative experience: The agency offers a Touris visa, and my parents-in-law were here for 2 months and wanted to extend them for 1 more month. The extension was not possible because the agency's work card was blocked by the authorities, and the possibility to extend their visa for one more month was not possible. The same situation caused us so many inconveniences, costs, and struggles that we would never consider this agency for any tourist visa again!

Fantastic experience: We had a private desert tour, with quad biking, dune bashing, sandboarding and camel trekking with a perfect sunset! We got picked up by Amar at our hotel. He is a very nice guide and gave us a lot of informations about Dubai. He managed everything at the tour and keept us away from crowed places! Amar is excellent driver and we had a lot of unforgettable moments! Drinks, coffee and tea was served in the desert! Thank you so much Amar and Rayna tours! We wish you all the best! Positive experience: Meine Schwester und ich waren 1 Woche in Dubai im Voco Hotel , da befindet sich ein Tourdesk von Rayna Tours unser Ansprechpartner war Qassim Butt, der uns ganz toll beraten hat. Nun kommen unsere persönlichen Meinungen was die Reisen betreffen. Wir haben eine Wüstentour, Dhow Cruise, Burj Al Arab und das Aquarium gebucht. Die Wüstentour war einmalig, unser Fahrer war lustig und wir hatten wirklich das Gefühl entertaint zu werden von der ersten Minute an. Wir hatten viele Möglichkeiten vor Ort die wir machen konnten wo vieles auch schon im Preis beinhaltet war, wie das Quad fahren, oder auf ein Kamel reiten oder auch ein kleines Henna Tattoo. Die Location war top da gibt es 0 zu bemängeln. Abends haben wir dann das Bashing gemacht und konnten in der Wüste den Sonnenuntergang sehen. Danach hatten wir ein Super leckeres Barbeque und Entertainment programm mit Musik und Tanz. Also alles in allem war das eine Super gelungene Tour, würden wir immer wieder nochmal buchen. Dann hatten wir die Tickets für Burj Al Arab 154 Stockwerk und das Aquarium gebucht......wo wir beide einfach der Meinung sind das es viel zu Teuer ist. Das Ticket für den Burj lag bei 225 Euro und das Aquarium für 45 Euro. Ob das wirklich an Rayna Tours liegt weiß ich nicht ich habe aber Ticket Preise gesehen die wirklich günstiger waren also bevor man hier bucht dann lieber nochmal woanders schauen. Die schlimmste Erfahrung war für uns die Dhow Tour worauf wir uns wirklich sehr sehr gefreut haben. Diese war eine einzelne Katastrophe. Vom Fahrer angefangen bis zum Boot, niemand hat mit einem gesprochen wir wussten nicht was abgeht, fühlte sich an wie eine Abfertigung. Das Essen war grottenschlecht. Mir stellte sich die ganze Zeit die Frage wie man bei 39 Grad Hitze Essen in Sahne servieren kann. Die Getränke waren komplett verwässert. Das Entertainment Programm Super schlecht. Dafür würde ich keinen einzigen Punkt geben. Aber unser Ansprechpartner war wirklich schockiert über das was wir erzählt haben und wir haben unser Geld wieder zurück bekommen. Meine Erfahrung sagt das es gewisse Tours gibt dir man auf alle Fälle bei Rayna Tours buchen kann. Einzelne Tickets würde ich ab über andere Anbieter kaufen.

Negative experience: This was ok. We booked the Dhow cruise and were allowed the lower deck. All the fun is on the upper deck. They don’t ask you or tell you there are options. We booked a 2 hour hummer limo city tour - but there is no tour - just a drive. Driver is wearing chappals and is always trying to prove that he is doing you some favor. They are ok, very basic !!!

Negative experience: Not a very good experience, they changed the car end moment and asked for extra money right one day before the event and charge heavily for decoration that is not even worth it. A very bad experience indeed

Positive experience: Comprei 4 pacotes já usei três,todos os pacotes são caros,o jantar a bordo do barco foi bom mas não teve a tatuagem de hena sem nenhuma explicação,quando eu compro algo quero receber exatamente o que comprei,se por algum motivo a empresa não possa cumprir o acordo,eu gostaria de ser informada e ter a opção de aceitar ou receber o dinheiro de volta. O ônibus hop-on, hop-of Eu comprei dois dias,custou muito caro e para mim não valeu o custo benefício, são poucas paradas, os pontos de paradas não foram interessantes para mim,por isso fiz todo o percurso em uma tarde,o único ponto que achei interessante foi o 23,os outros pontos acho melhor ir de metrô ou táxi. O passeio a Abudab e bom, mas,eu não gostei de perder tempo em um shopping onde ficaram nos oferecendo jóias caríssimas,são lindas...o objetivo era conhecer a Mesquita,infelizmente o tempo para tirar fotos e conhecer foi muito limitado,menos de 1:30hs tinha fila e não foi possível desfrutar da visita como eu queria.

Negative experience: Experiencia lamentable! Contratamos un tour desde España con esta compañía para la parada en Abu Dhabi de un día que habíamos planificado. Nos costó alrededor de 130 euros para dos con comida incluida. Se suponía que empezaríamos a las 10,30h hasta las 6 de la tarde. Nos llamaron por la mañana para decirnos que mejor entre la 11 y 11,30h. Llegaron sobre las 11,45h. Resulta que no era un tour desde Abu Dhabi sino que nos conectaban con un tour procedente de Dubai. Así que mientras llegaban nos llevaron al hotel Hilton a un museo tienda donde nos intentaron vender de todo durante una hora. También nos advirtieron de que como era viernes, posiblemente no veríamos la mezquita... El conductor nos indica que hay cambios y nos lleva al Ferrari world. Una de la tarde... No hemos visto nada, no hemos visto al guía aún... Pero imaginamos que veríamos el circuito o algo. Nada... Entrada del centro comercial y a seguir esperando. Dos de la tarde... Nos recoge el guía y nos encontramos con un tour de ghaneses muy animados. Siguiente parada, la tienda de frutos secos del hermano o primo del guía... 2,30 vemos edificios desde el autobús... Parada de un minuto enfrente del edificio fast and furious. Uyyyy hora de comer. Buffet de la familia... Tenemos que pelear que tenemos incluida la comida. Siguiente parada, otra tienda si sí si de joyas, perfumes, tapices... Otra hora... Son más de las cuatro. Anuncio... Vamos a la mezquita. Increíble. Eso sí, 45 minutos y fin del tour. Te worst tour ever. You Will pay only to be taken yo shops with not a single opportunity to see much of the city. They Also picked us late, wasted the whole morning doing nothing whole waiting first for the driver and after for the tour to start as it CAME from Dubai. It has been a real scam and a waist of money. Pathetic! Thanks God we're able to visit the mosque at least. No Ferrari World and only a poor sightseeing from an old bus. We has also to remind the guide we had our meal included...

Negative experience: It was a terrible experience dealing with Mr. Jatin who would not even bother to call back or reply back to messages after taking the payment. I had to call him multiple times in a day but he would never answer and neither would he call back. In the end I decided to to everything myself and get the job done.

Negative experience: Don’t be fooled by this company. It’s misleading. Me and my boyfriend decided to avail the new years eve celebration in a desert by Rayna Tours and paid more than a thousand dirhams. The inclusions should have the following: - Unlimited Alcohol ( we chose the one with alcohol ) it says in the website Sparkling wine is included - Camel Riding - Henna Designing & Arabic Dress Photograph - Shisha Facility - BBQ Dinner - Unlimited Coffee, Tea - Belly Dance Show - Tanura Show by Male Artist - Pick Up and Drop Off to your hotel/Residence We ended up paying for the VIP table (which is fine) because they will be serving the food instead of falling in line. We paid for the Shisha which should be Included. No Camel Riding, No Arabic Dress Photograph. I paid for holding the Falcon bird and the staff there will aggressively ask the payment and another payment for askig the soft copies of the photos, and they will be charging you with different amount again for printing the photos! Also, when you pay by credit card, they will charge you AED 8.00 for the fee The alcohol section? They only have a beer (red horse) and unknown brand from India. Red Label and Absolute Vodka. Rayna Tours did not even show up to accomodate their customers or have explained anything! I DEFINITELY DON’T RECOMMEND THIS TRAVEL AGENCY.
