Negative experience: A horrible experience booking through Royal Caribbean Arabia, I highly advise against it. I recommend booking through their European or American counterpart. I had booked for a cruise this summer, I made sure to ask wether it is refundable or not. (I had a reason for asking, and I was confirmed it is at 60 days prior to sailing). Unfortunately my reason was exercised and I had to request the refund well out of my 60 days period. It turned out that it is not refundable for the deposit and that was part of their policy. Rightfully so, although I had asked and it was a force majeur, Royal Caribbean Arabia mentioned that the deposit was non refundable. They have asked me for proof of my personal reason, which I had provided. After a long back and forth through emails, they've agreed to leave a credit for a year, which was quite illogical given my reason. They then proposed a two year credit, again not good enough for me. I will only accept my deposit back. After finally being pulled into this, I had no choice but to accept the two year credit. To date I have not recieved any confirmation on the two year credit! On dealing with the staff on the ground, it seemed like a barganing game. It was redicoulous, unprofessional, and very careless about the customer. Obviously this is a local office who could care less about the customer. In short, I have obviously not pursued any legal action because the amount in trivial, but the experience is one worth mentioning it here on Google. I highly advise NOT to book through Royal Caribbean Arabia, Royal Caribbean cruises are fun with great experiences, just avoid booking it through Royal Caribbean Arabia and book it through any other office!

Negative experience: Unacceptable Lack of Feedback I recently reached out to a travel agency in the hopes of obtaining information about available cruises. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be a complete disappointment due to the agency's utter lack of feedback and failure to provide the requested information. I am deeply dissatisfied with their unresponsive and unprofessional behavior. The absence of feedback from the agency shows a severe lack of professionalism and customer care. As a paying customer, I expected at least a basic level of communication and engagement. However, this agency failed miserably in meeting those expectations. Their unresponsiveness shows a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and raises questions about their commitment to their clients.
Negative experience: 1 star just for fast answering on phone, really bad and unfriendly attitude from the workers I had talked to 4 of them different times to check for the prices and they are all the same. It's always important to have the first impression right with the customers
Negative experience: All the stuff of the royal caribbean are simply NOT professional at all , they gave you a reservation thrue phone and cancel it without any confirmation, tried to make calls hundreds time with no response farther Emails also , i don't know why they name them self with ( royal) while they are the worst company i have ever seen.

Fantastic experience: We went as a family of 6 people and we had an amazing time. The Ship was of the highest calibre. The food was delicious with very attentive staff. We booked through the Royal Caribbean office in Dubai and the director Mr Mo Saeed was a brilliant host, making sure we were very well looked after. We will definitely go again.
Negative experience: We have booked a cruise to take off from Amsterdam, passing through Iceland and Ireland. A UK visa required on day 8 for Belfast, Ireland. It’s very unfortunate that they refused to let us on a ship because of the uk visa, that was delayed (for only 2 out of 4 people). Royal Caribbean was not flexible at all with our situation, keeping in mind that 15 other people had this issue as well. We offered to not stay for the whole cruise, option 1 to join the cruise from iceland( when we receive the visa) on day 3, or option 2 to leave the cruise on day 5. The team was not supportive at all and informed us that no refund is possible bearing in mind that nobody has communicated this matter prior. Very unfortunate and disappointing.

Guests must also comply with all requirements as issued by the countries they are travelling to. While guests are recommended to obtain these information directly from the respective consulates / embassies.
