Negative experience: Korkunç bir tecrübeydi. Bizi otelden almayi unuttular. Tura çok geç başladık. Dönerken de almayı unuttular. En az 1 saat çölün ortasında beklettiler. Araba yolda geliyor diyerek oyaladilar. Asla asla gitmeyin !

Negative experience: Worst and irresponsible travel agency ever seen.Deserves NEGATIVE rating.Rude behaviour of agents.They won't mind you even if you stuck at the middle of the desert due to them.The fat lady sitting over there jumps over money.waste and unreliable.

Negative experience: The worst experience ever I have seen in UAE, I applied the visa for my mother i have waited for 10 days even though no responce if i ask the status not responding and avoiding my calls. Then finally i decided to give a police complaint against the company and the staff, I messaged him Clearly then he gave me immediate response. Please guys Don't go with this company its a worst company once the cash received from client then they won't give you proper response...

Negative experience: WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THIS IS AN AGENCY THAT YOU SHOULDNT DEAL WITH. If I could give a zero star, I would. This travel agency is a very big NO to everyone who's planning to visit Dubai. Me and my friends had the worst experience with them. We got stuck in Malaysia because they issued us fake ticket which you know, is cannot be seen or detected in the airport system. This travel agency is telling us that we will be rebooked the same day, but they did not. They made us wait 15 hours in the airport, unknowingly, the ticket will still not be issued. My relative and friends have been worrying for us, so they called this agent, asking the agency's location and telephone number. They didnt want to give. At that time, we felt that there is something really fishy going on.Two days have passed, the ticket has been issued. BUT, they are now asking us for the rebooking fee, the "no show" fee and the fare difference. First of all, the flight will not be rebooked if they didnt issue us fake ticket. Second, we were at the airport for almost 24 hours, how come that they are asking us the "no show" fee? And third, theyre telling that our booked flight is not the usual economy class but it is a WATER CLASS. I've asked the airline that they booked, there is no such thing as WATER CLASS. So why will we pay a fare difference? When we got to Dubai, we didnt want to pay the said additional fees. So we received a lot of THREATS from this agent saying that she will make sure that we will pay, maybe not in money, but in something else. I dont know but it sounds really not right. So I told them that we will settle this one infront of the officials and a lawyer. After that, they immediately blocked all of us and I never heard a word from them anymore. To sum it all up, this travel agency is a bunch of liars. All they care for is your money. I dont have the words to describe this agency... maybe ummm like a scam

Negative experience: Please beware of this agency they are the worst. They told us that the tourist Visa I applied for my daughter is under process but now almost a month I found out it is not applied yet. They keep telling Visa will be approved soon They just want our money but when it comes to service they failed big time. Can we report this to police?

Negative experience: I give this travel agency a negative rating. I submitted a written complaint to the Department of Tourism of UAE with regards to the fake ticket issued to my mother in-law by this travel company. I hope that the Department of Tourism will take action on this and ban this travel agency to operate and prevent other from becoming a victim. I echo what most of the reviews here, the people who work in this travel agency are all impolite, rude and unprofessional. This type to travel agency should not be in business as they are the rotten tomato in the travel industry.

Negative experience: They promised to send my ticket details after a few hours through email but didn’t get any info or update for 24 hrs. Tried to follow up and message using whatsapp to no avail. Customer service is really bad, rude, defensive staff. When i was given my ticket, they assigned a flight that isnt my preferred date, since “there is no availabale flight” and yet, didn’t inform the passenger regarding this. They make you seem that you are wrong and won’t admit the fault on their end. Very bad experience. They even dared to refund my ticket but then informed me that the airfare is non refundable. Very very bad experience indeed i could not emphasize more.

Negative experience: Wish there is an option to put ZERO star. Their service is totally opposite of their agency name! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! RUDE AGENTS! COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE! Jackie, Beverly, Mylene, Thirdy and that old indian lady, how can you tell your customers that there is no need for them to call when u dont even give them updates! Horrible first and last experience with this worthless agency!
