Negative experience: I recently reached out to Disha Global Tours to inquire about planning a trip, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite multiple attempts to contact them with some specific questions about their travel packages and services, my inquiries were completely ignored. There was no response from their side, leaving me without the information I needed and feeling undervalued as a potential customer. This lack of communication was disappointing and not what I expected from a professional travel agency. I hope that they improve their customer service to assist travelers more effectively in the future

Fantastic experience: Mr. Deb never disappoints. If they are indeed setbacks, he tries his best to fix it. I always use his services. The price is right along with the service. He could have done the change of status for my wife immediately after visit visa issuance, easier for him he got the money & can make more money when we come back him for extension, BUT no, he advised us, since we have few weeks more on the grace period, delay the change if status just before a day or two, so I dont waste any weeks (I needed the Visa ahead for marriage). This is good customer service. The customer will always come back if you think of their money and are concerned. Also as an advice, try not to make any application on or close to fridays or weekends, applications may get delayed, although Deb may try his best and delivers best not to stress him or yourself (in some cases if no choice, understandble). I'll be using his services again no doubt, especially this time around some of the tours & ticket discounts he can offer, sending my friends as well for his business. We all need reliable people in our lives. And Because of the great bussiness ethics he follows, makes it easy for me to reccomend. God bless.

Negative experience: They do discrimination while providing their services to certain country nationality based on my personal experience with them. They will leave the chat box without any explanation when they know that you have a specific Asian nationality. At least provide a reasonable reason why at the moment you are not dealing with that specific country passport when there is no ban from them from UAae Govt
