Negative experience: VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TRAVEL COMPANY We booked earlier via B2B to renew my visit visa for June 24. Few hours before the bus departure, they suddenly cancelled our exit without providing an ample time. This was nightmare for us considering the expiry of our visa. We then had to pay for an additional amount to book for A2A. There was no advisory that our exit will be cancelled ahead of time. No proper communication was made to us which was unacceptable. We had to suffer paying without informing us that we are due some penalty. Instead, we just found it at the airport! We will not recommend this Pinoy Tourism Travel Agency Al Ghurair branch. At least they should've find ways for us to exit with pertinent information.
