Negative experience: We’ve booked a cruise from Abu Dhabi to Dubai, from Expedia. The booking number is 49479105, and itinerary number is 72601522794475. When we came to check in to the ship 1 hours and 50 minutes before the take off of the cruise ship, we have been told that, the check in was closed. However, we have not been provided with any information about the deadline of check ins, MSC had to inform us about this.

Negative experience: I booked a flight in June and needed to change both the dates and destination to May. I called early in the morning and sat with a representative for over 45 minutes because he kept asking the same questions over and over again. Then, I needed to get off the phone and he said that my changes would be saved on my account so all I would have to do is call back to pay the additional fee. Later that evening, I called to give my payment information and NOTHING was noted on my account. I sat on hold on/off with yet another representative for another half an hour. I will NEVER use this travel service again! :-(
