AL HIKMAH TOURISM , MUWAILEH

Negative experience: I have booked 20 days in advance with 50% advance payment with this AL HIKMAH for renewing my visit visa for border exit. Three days before my travel date i went there and paid full 100% amount...But the day before at 8.30 pm they called me and told that i cant able to travel the next day morning...…I come to know this happened due to their carelessness and negligence. That night i went to their travel and asked them to make some other arrangement, but they didn't give me any proper reply Not knowing what to do, after 9.30 pm in the night i asked and took the full amount from him and went to the nearest professional travel agent to arrange my trip... Their mistake cost me a lot of excess money and mental stress. People who are going to arrange a trip with them should be careful.
