Negative experience: I raised a concern in 2023 about a staff from this company scamming me of my money which was for the company to assist me of my travel. It’s barely over a year and DSD have turned a blind eye over my concern after someone from the team contacted me to take down my review which I did, I sent all evidence needed for your so call investigation and now, nobody is responding to my messages on WhatsApp anymore. How come?

Negative experience: I gave them 5000 aed since last year to do my visa they didn’t do it and they don’t want to give me back my refund this is wrong I call and no one is taking this serious if you didn’t do it why can’t you give back the refund ? To reply your message No I am not dealing with any fake people I paid the money in your office and everything was done in your office and I was promised it will take 3 weeks to be done, they kept telling me they are sending appeal to the government all I want is my refund since you didn’t do the visa
