Negative experience: Very Bad. SERVICE.FIRST OF ALL THEY WILL SEND YOU WITH OTHER AGENCIES. THEY DONT HAVE OWN TRANSPORT OR BUSES. PLZ DO NOT USE THERE SERVICE. 2ND THEY WILL LIE THAT ONE NORMAL PACKAGE AND ONE ECONOMY. ECONOMY IS BIT EXPENSIVE THEN NORMAL BUT BOTH SERVICES IS SAME WHICH IS VERY Bad. You are sending people for Umrah and laying with them just beacuse of some extra money. Hotels full of BEDBUGS.

Negative experience: They just give promotions but dont want to answer the phone. its not fair i want to book my ticket with them but they dont want to replay.i think they are fake peoples.

Mr. Sheraz is very nice person. He is always helping & respond on time to chats & calls if there is any issues. Insha Allah I'm planning to go with Manzil Travel again for Umrah in the month of Ramzan. May Allah accept my prayers.
