Fantastic experience: We took trip to Georgia for 1 week with Blueberry Travels and it was the best decision. From the time we landed they have provided us very nice service for whole country visiting places and local guide and transport. Our hotel was 4 star superb with breakfast for all nights. Very high quality transportation with company travel. We visited all the famous country parks, mountain sights, ski resort, and most importantly all trip tickets were prepaid. Negative experience: Before planning any trip with Next Holidays, I strongly advise ensuring Ayush is not your tour representative. Our experience during the Kyrgyzstan tour was significantly impacted by his actions. **Issues Encountered:** 1. **Complicated Arrangements:** Despite the purpose of a tour representative being to simplify things, Ayush continually made situations more complex. 2. **Poor Attitude:** His lazy attitude, lack of proper communication, and rude behavior were major issues that ruined the overall experience. 3. **Missed Itinerary Points:** Several places mentioned in the itinerary were not shown to us. This discrepancy led to dissatisfaction and a feeling of being misled. 4. **Inaccessibility:** We often found ourselves clueless about our plans because Ayush was frequently unavailable and unresponsive. Due to these reasons, I would suggest thinking twice before booking with Next Holidays, especially if Ayush is assigned as your representative.

Negative experience: Worst tour guide we have in our Kazakhstan trip last June 15 to June 18, 2024. Roman is no help at all... He don't have a Passion as a tour guide. Nothing at all! He is acting like our bus driver that only drop off and pick up services to offer. Roman must study, undergo training, observe and learn from other tour guide to get ideas how to be a good tour guide... with passion and skills.. We/I don't recommend Roman as a tour guide.

Negative experience: Their narcissistic punch line- "we are the best travel agency in Dubai" was tested when we (family of five) took on an Eid short break trip to Kyrgyzstan this week. In their favour, the pre-trip formalities were efficient with quick responses to queries and everything was in place days before departure. The price seemed reasonable too. They even divided around 36 of us in three groups in smaller vans which is a great idea. The 'holes' in the organisation of the trip showed up as the days progressed. I am a seasoned traveler with more than 50+ countries up my sleeve and would only like to voice my constructive critique so that other fellow travelers may benefit from my experience. Ultimately we all want to enjoy our holidays with our hard earned money. 1. Tour Representative. 'Next' even sent their own coordinator to the tour with us which at first seemed very impressive. However did this make any difference? Unfortunately this young man Ayush was not a 'people person' and was aloof and rude at times with no knack for solving any issues. At booking time we specifically requested for rooms close to each other as we are a family but it was a shocker when one room was on the eighth floor and the other on the fourth! Simple courtesy was missing. If NEXT wants to know the details of everything that happened, please do contact me. The intention is clearly not to ruin Ayush's career but he needs to know his faults and improve. I wish him well. 2. Complimentary welcome lunch at Indian Restaurant called 'Gandhi'. Great thought but why Indian when we want to experience the new country's cuisine? Surely Kyrgyz cuisine has veg options! Even the Indian food at this restaurant was inedible! 3. Local tour operator. It seemed that the local tour service provider was not filled in with details of the itinerary shared with us. The only best thing that happened to us was the young, energetic ,kind, guide- Nurbolet and the warm smiley face driver- Nurvan. Our visit would not have been so memorable without this duo. However I must add that Nurbolet is not an 'experienced guide' per say , -with limited knowledge, who did not share the history and ethos of his country however he sold us the emotion and soul of his country effortlessly and that will last in our hearts in time to come. 4. Choice of hotel. Certainly not the best four star, location - a little outside the CBD area but there were good eateries around. Rooms were comfortable (at least mine was, though others complained of inefficient AC) ; breakfast was not the best- absolutely no class ; no locks to bathrooms, no shataf in the bathroom! 5. City tour. absolute disaster! it was boring . It seemed like there was no itinerary to follow,- no planned progression from one sight to the next, we were just roaming aimlessly in the city with no direction. Total waste of time! 6. A visit to the ceramic place was promised but not undertaken. 7. Time Management - not impressed at all. Please note that we are there for a few days and we want to see as much as we can manage. What finally saved the trip for us was the energy fun spirit of the fellow tourists in our bus and the guide. At least I can thank you for this !!! If NEXT wants to really improve and provide good service they should take all my comments into consideration and move on. However for now, from my side there's no much good stories to relate to my friends and family about NEXT. For me, for my future trips , its gonna be next please....and not NEXT holidays! 'Best travel agency in Dubai"?- think twice, people!

Negative experience: It is about my trip to Kyrgyzstan with Next Holidays and my journey had significant shortcomings, particularly regarding communication, organization, and leadership. Here’s a summary of the key points you mentioned: Initial Communication and Commitment: Disha’s professional and engaging approach convinced you to book the tour. Disha was supposed to be the group leader, but was replaced by Ayush just two days before the trip. Since I paid the amount I cant do anything about it. On-ground Experience: Lack of proper communication upon arrival in Kyrgyzstan, leading to confusion about the next steps. Poor conditions at Hotel Plaza, including non-functional AC, unclean washrooms, unreliable WiFi, inability to lock the washroom, Poor Breakfast options. Day 1 was poorly managed, with minimal engagement or information from Ayush, who seemed preoccupied with phone calls. Ayush was unresponsive and absent on Day 2, leaving the group without guidance or support. Positive Highlights: Nur, the tour guide, provided an exceptional experience, keeping the group engaged and entertained. The driver, also named Nur, was cooperative and professional. Overall Evaluation: Hotel Plaza: 1 Star Next Holidays: 1 Star Tour Guide and Driver (Nur): 5 Stars My review highlights significant issues with Next Holidays' management and service delivery, contrasting with the excellent performance of the local guide and driver. Such feedback is crucial for other potential travelers to make informed decisions and for the company to address these areas for improvement. Special Mention to Tour Leader Ayush who was very unprofessional in his approach and very rude when it comes to talk to clients. Fantastic experience: I booked a trip to Georgia for my family (2 pax) and Disha was very cooperative with the procedure. I was booking on late basis around 2 weeks before the trip but I still got very good rate for the package. It was all inclusive and all the tours and transfers were very professional and polite. Negative experience: This is the Second time we planned Our vacation with Ayush from next travels, However this Trip to Srilanka Turned out to be a terrible experience for us with them. Clearly we will not opt for another time, This being a private tour was totally not planned by them, They had assigned an novice rather immature tour guide who had no clue anything about srilanka, The local tour operator who works with Next, The red apple Tour had no clue of solving any issues and we had to go through an harrowing time addressing all this. First , while we tried to checked in early morning from the airport to Grand belle Hotel in Colombo, The hotel staff mentioned we do not have a booking, being tired from the overnight travel rom Dubai along with a 6 year old we were rather surprised when the Front desk mentioned that there is no booking and we were not allowed for early check in. But rather it was paid from the previous day and Yet they made us to pay for the early check in and later after escalating a rather no apologetic refund as if they had done no mistake. The second day we checked into a hotel which was damp and fungus invested and had to complain and then they gave another room which was almost the same. Kaveri resort one of the resorts allocated to us was a night mare with absolutely no service and left to operate on our own, the rooms were dirty and rather something below 2 star . The Guide assigned had no clue of any place or the itinerary and was checking back and forth with us on the plan which is rather assuming and after being assertive with him he revealed that he doesn’t even have a license but someone who is still studying tourism and a student. On our third day he took us to Earls’ regency hotel which is a completely different hotel from where the booking was done only to be left embarrassed in from of the hotel staff that the booked hotel was different, and to shift our luggage again back from the reception into the car which was an uncomfortable feeling in front of the staff. While all this commotion was happening in Srilanka, and when we tried to reach Ayush he seems to be totally incommunicado for days together , if we message him on the issues he is responding after 1 day and sometimes not even reading our msgs days together, so you can imagine his customer centric behavior. Over all we decided to wrap up this Trip early and we didn’t bother to explore further and what was 6 days trip we wound up ,paid extra to airlines and came back on third day itself. We found the place and also the people with whom we were left to interact in srilanka totally below par and I wouldn’t suggest any one to go ahead with them especially on a private trip and specially if you are having small children with you.

Negative experience: Worst company i ever dealt with. i booked a trip to Georgia for my anniversary. i reached the hotel there was no rooms available. i waited for more than 2 hours in the reception for them to arrange another option which was far away from main road and there is not even a single restaurant in the hotel. i need to order a taxi or walk 20 minutes if i want to eat. they just ruined my vacation.
