Negative experience: Why this guy's open the branch don't no ,behave like they dont need make business, very rude behavior, there some guys no respect me , I feel like they pushed me outside .

Negative experience: Very Unprofessional and rude staff available at this shop. I asked a question about the travel packages & one bald head staff looked at me like I was in the wrong place. He passed me along to the Malayalam staff sitting at the end. That guy took all the information and said you can leave we will get back to you on WhatsApp. I just want to know why they opened a branch if they want to do business on WhatsApp. Even though I asked if he has some sample packages or anything he could show me he refused and said to wait for a WhatsApp message. Furthermore, I received a travel package on WhatsApp with all the wrong information starting with the wrong dates (Requested March he planned for May) in the plan even the no of people was wrong (Requested explicitly 2 people he sent details for 3 adults. 9300+ 5-day trip with ZERO baggage allowance on the airline and with only 2 days of activities to Tashkent. Extremely disappointed with the level of attention and service provided by the staff. I think either they don't care about customers or are too busy to care about in shop customers.

Negative experience: 3 weeks i applied for a uae tourist visa for one of my family members, zero followup and courtesy of speaking nicely, they don’t care about the customers. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE
