Fantastic experience: It is with pleasure to mention that Mr.Nazih did his work amazingly with a shiny smile. Very professional attitude supporting in all the details, explaining the challenges and making sure that I understand all the details are related to my ticket checking for me where is the best choices, neither on the seat or the food or the timing and consider my situation regarding to the timing going Out of the country and returning back. It was such an amazing follow-up from him with very pleasant positive experience, responsible, acting and reacting to all my concerns and questions in a very high level of professionalism, which made me very happy.
