Negative experience: I approached Travel wings through instagram one month before my vacation. I gave my passport and decided to go for a private trip.. I didn’t have an issue to pay extra in order to have a nice vacation as I wanted to be. I paid the money that I asked for, worked with the agent about hotels and I thought that all is under control, then before one week of my trip. They called me saying that my visa will take time. And asked me to change my destination or to push my vacation , again same thing happened. Until I had to cancel my whole vacation . The refund took more than two weeks and this company ruined my vacation. I don’t advice to have this company as an advisor for your trip.

Negative experience: We used travel wings to go on the MSC Opera cruise for 7 of us and it was our first experience and unfortunately the WORST experience we've had. Travelwings were not helpful with the booking at all, their coordination with the cruise company and the travel company were really bad, they had no correct updated information and we should have taken that as a sign not to book with them but ended up regretting it on the cruise. We paid specifically for rooms with balconies and received 2 rooms without any balcony or windows. Utterly disappointing and definitely not recommending this company to anybody. They didn't give us proper details about the currency and how it works on board and we were charged on our travel cards exuberant amounts and only realized it just before we had to leave the ship. Even the departure timings and reaching the Dubai port was informed incorrectly to us. They made me fill up feedback forms which i did but no response or even acknowledgement of their poor service was done.

Negative experience: I tried to book with Travel wings by online chats but unfortunately the response was so slow and in the middle of the conversation they just stopped the conversation and never came back to me. I didn’t book with them due to the lack of communication so as a first time buyer, I don’t think I’ll deal with them again. Maybe someone else would have a better experience but I didn’t.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever, i had booked tickets for my parents in Mar 2020, they still haven't refunded my money until Feb 2023, they keep finding reasons for providing back my refund. They have taken the refund back from the airlines since last 1 year but are not willing to provide it to me

Fantastic experience: My number 1 place for everything travel and visa related, they have arranged full trips for me and my family and they have provided visit visas to all my friends and families. Pretty reliable and trust worthy (and competitively priced)

Negative experience: I have booked a trip to Georgia with my friends 2 months back they only send local agent voucher. No hotel confirmation, no complete itinerary till now. Since the sale team is different from the execution, they promised service is not provided. All the requests are confirmed by the sales team but once booking made, if any request no proper response and proper documents for us to travel.

Negative experience: Worst Experience ever had. Booked Georgia Trip through Travel wings, they provided only one letter which shows the details. We have requested for all the vouchers and not provided anything. They told if any issue alwys call the sales people, i have tried 1000 times to travel wings offfice and no one picked the call. Alll the staffs shows online, but will not reply for the message. Done recommed thsis travel agency even for Dubai Visit, once they collect our money, they will not respond, until then they will contact us each second.

Negative experience: I made a booking for Baku from Dubai. The hotel is not what was promised, the amenities pathetic. When we called to fix we are facing very bad service from the customer care representative. We are still waiting for the call back. I am traveling with my wife & my year and half son sitting in the lobby and waiting for a solution. Very bad service, I will definitely not recommend travel wings.

Negative experience: Crime syndicate posing as travel agent Had to postpone our flights due to a medical emergency. At first they were very efficient and quoted us a variety of penalties amounting to R2828. In writing. When we accepted these, the cost suddenly shot up to R32, 204. No amount of reasoning could get them to honour the written quotation. We ended up having to cancel everything as the cost of rhe change far outweighed the cost of new tickets. However....the clincher.....we have to wait 30 working days for the refund. Sadly I doubt we'll ever see our money again judging by the ridiculously unethical behavior of this criminal organization thus far. Avoid at all costs

Fantastic experience: Wow, What a trip it was to Armenia, specially when it was planned by Miss RASHIMA. From end to end n top to bottom everything was taken care and guided by her. She solve all queries before the trip and helped us on last movement change in plan by us. She was always available to quickly reply to our queries. Mr.JAY, who was responsible to take care of us post and during trip from support team and was man of his word. There was many such suggestions during the trip which he manage very well. Last but not least, Mr. SOLOMON. Amazing person and alway there to help n manage to fulfil customer expectations and escalation by us. Thank you all for such a wonderful trip.

Negative experience: I wish i could give zero star, no professionalism, no effeciency in work, never have patience to listen to other people are saying it seems as if they hired talking robots, refund policy is 30 days my booking was cancelled and i wasnt responsible however they didnt do anything and want my money back so that i can book another ticket before my leave starts but they are not willing to help out

Negative experience: "0 STAR" if there's a NEGATIVE START WE WILL GIVE A -1000 STARS! They got an error on the website, we choose a specific travel date with luggage and everything. But after we paid and get the itinerary the date has been changed and the luggage has not been added. We are 100% sure that everything was right before we enter our card details for payment. When we called, even the supervisor inform us that we might be telling lies just for them to rebook it and he will never apologize since it is not their fault. A VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! He is a supervisor, what kind of thing they can advise their staff with that kind of attitude. Then We guess all the STARS that they are getting are all FAKE! This is an inconvenience for us and a lot of head ache. But they will not accept it and they will not apologize for what happen. Then they will even tell you that you might be telling lies. We told them that we can pay for charges if ever there is, but the quotation of the charges that they are saying is more than the price of the ticket that we bought. It is better to buy a new ticket than to let them rebook it. WORST TRAVEL AGENCY EVER!!!!!

Mr. Bharat from Travelwings help me a lot to prepared best Customized Itinerary to suit my requirement. The tour was well organized by taking care of every small details considering I am travelling with Small Kids during scary COVID time. This Trip conducted such a way Its feel really Value for money. 100% Recommended.

Negative experience: We wanted to book a package to Albania and we had asked them to customize one for us which they did so same day the tour advisor send us we asked to go ahead , then he said no more available he wasted our time and effort and we lost the chance to book

Negative experience: Scam. Flight gets canceled, they don't bother to notify the customer. I had to find out on my own 3 days before the flight. Called three times for my refund. Every agent pretends like they will work on it. How are you an agent who's only contact with the airline is via email??? 1500AED I doubt I will ever get back. Will file complaint with relevant UAE authority.

Negative experience: I wish I can give negative -5 star as one star is too much. Very bad experience with travel wings I have cancelled my ticket and I was eligible for refund but travelwings haven’t initiated. It’s been more than 2 months now. Every time I called they said we will get back to you. They don’t reply to emails. They customer care don’t know what’s going on such a novice team. Better to close their customer care dept as they can’t solve single query. For small amount of refund they are cheating with customers. I suggest don’t get trap in 50-100 AED discount better to book directly from airlines.

Negative experience: I was about to book airline tickets, as they were cheaper by 500SR for 2 persons and when I saw 74% negative reviews. I stopped and booked directly with the Airline to be safe than sorry. Thank you to everyone for the warnings. I feel safe now. :)

Positive experience: Difficult to get through customer care. Most of the time they will say i will get a call back, but no call ever comes. Even on sending mail, an automated mail with tracking id comes but beyond that no action. I had to do a modification in my flight booking. Since morning tried to reach customer care but with no luck. Finally in evening call was picked up by Mr.Siva. He did an excellent job in getting me the best possible rates. he did the complete change on the phone itself without having me to hangup or call again. very impressive and efficient.

Negative experience: This company delayed my ticket sent to the email by 5 hours due leaving time when I played the previous night. Once at the hotel, my reservation wasnt available and was waiting for2 hours at the reception before getting into the room. I will never reccomend this to anyone

Negative experience: TravelWings is the worst online ticketing system I have ever seen in my life. I sufferred many troubles after buying a ticket from their website. Didn't get any solution after calling their cusotmer support several times, at last I had to solve the problem by paying extra money to the airlines directly.

Fantastic experience: What an incredibly exciting experience, I’ve dealt with many tourism companies and this one right here is the best one, they were really fast and saved my time and about the prices.. woooof the prices are amazing and really suitable, Can I just say what fantastic customer service you provide. I only wish all companies were so good to deal with! Please note there’s another company which is B2c portal has the same name but they have a lot of issues with the costumers so PLEASE IDENTIFY THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BOTH

Positive experience: Pretty average service. I bought a Georgia trip package from them last year. The price was okay, but they were always late in replying to my queries after purchasing the package and it wasn't very easy to reach their customer support over the phone whenever I needed to. On the trip, nothing major went wrong but their choice of guide was poor as he lacked the proper knowledge and skills of an experienced tour guide and was always in a hurry which caused us to miss some attractions. Also, their hotel choice was a bit below average though it had a perfect location.

Negative experience: Nobody answers their phone. Emails are not answered immediately. Lousy after sale support. Refund me please!
