Fantastic experience: Our Azerbaijan, trip was arranged by Dream Line Travels, and Kalandar from Dream line was our point of contact person at destination, it was a good Four day trip, Kalandar was coordinating with us before we arrived to baku Airport until drop off, he was checking the status every now & then with us personally & also with the tour guide during the visits. The trip was well packed without headaches, so we enjoyed it. I appreciate the assistance and guidance provided by Kalandar and his team. Prompt and excellent service at all times which exceeded our expectations.

Negative experience: Very bad service. They asking 500aed Deposit money First they saying i will return after visa exchange . But its not for after our new visa exchange.after ve renewal there visa finished 2 month they returning. But they not explaining this after pay they if we ask they explaining.

Negative experience: I am writing this review with immense disappointment and frustration regarding the recent stay booked through your travel agency for my fiancee and brother. The incident that occurred during their visit visa renewal stay in Muscat was not only unprofessional but deeply disturbing. At midnight, your staff knocked on my fiancee's door, accusing her of entering my brother's room, which was entirely false. This unwarranted intrusion into her privacy was not only unacceptable but also displayed a complete lack of respect for your guests. The accusatory tone and baseless allegations left both my fiancee and brother feeling violated and distressed. The behavior exhibited by your staff was not only unfounded but also tarnished the experience we expected from your agency. Such unprofessional conduct raises serious concerns about the integrity of your services. Guests deserve to feel safe and respected during their stay, and the blatant disregard for their privacy is an appalling reflection of your agency's standards. Its not safe for a women to travel alone trusting your services! I strongly urge your agency to address this matter promptly and take corrective actions to ensure that no other guest experiences such distressing and offensive behavior. It is essential for a travel agency to prioritize the well-being and comfort of its guests, and the recent incident falls far short of those expectations. This experience has left us not only disappointed but questioning the credibility of your agency. Fantastic experience: My mother-in-law was traveled to Oman in Star Dream line Travels for visa extension, the service was extremely good. We are very much satisfied. The accommodation was good and they guided well in every process. When she traveling she missed her mobile in Muscat airport before boarding. We called to that number, but no one picked. Next day afternoon the called was picked by ROP ( Royal Oman Police). They told us to collect it from the ROP front office. Then we call the Travels, they guided us to contact Mr.Jishad in Oman. Then we contacted him, he spend his valuable time and traveled to Airport and spoke to the ROP officer and collected our mobile. Totally they service and Guidance was good.
