Negative experience: The staff dont know anything about what’s happening around them thier team is non competent they just need your money they will not inform you anything what they are going to do neither they are giving information i apply visit visa from them they didn’t inform me anything afer got rejected simply the lady say visa rejected . She dont care about your money will waste as she is aware visa are rejected from dubai still she dont care and she apply now my money is wasted and they are not helping Dont go there they dont know whats happening in market you will waste your money

Negative experience: By far the worst after sales service that you can get. If you were lucky and your application got processed smoothly then OK, but if not and you required their help then good luck getting any, good luck even being able to reach their 24/7 busy tone number. Absolutely horrible, it's not recommend at all from my own personal experience.
