Fantastic experience: I just came back from Dubai on the 8th May 2023. It was my 1st trip with my son and mum. I had the most beautiful experience. Our driver was Nadeem, i must say he was so humble, kind and respectful. I was so impressed with him that insisted to book him on all our tours. Ayesha was so helpful on such short notice she allowed me to use Nadeem although it was his day off he didn't refuse. They sent the best vehicles our driver was waiting for us on time. Negative experience: PATHETIC SERVICE. HORRIBLE SERVICE. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND DISAPPEARED. I WAS PENALIZED BECAUSE MY VISA WAS DELAYED+ SHE NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY. STRONGLY ADVISE TO NOT TAKE HER SERVICES. ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS YOU SEE ON GOOGLE IS HER OWN STAFF AND RELATIVES.
