Negative experience: scam and no refund I have been waiting for a refund from them for 1 month, I paid almost 200 euros for a visa and in the end I did not have any visa and they no longer answer me by message! they promised me a refund which I still haven't! I'm going to file a complaint because I got scammed and I have no response from them!

Fantastic experience: Super schnell und super einfach. Wollten zwar eine Covid Versicherung mit verkaufen aber kein muss. Ging auch ohne. Versuch ist ja nicht strafbar. Ansonsten super. Die besten bei bis jetzt beantragte Visa für Dubai.

Negative experience: I had the worst and terrible experience with Dubaivisa.com. I placed my order for 4 visa applications on September 29 and paid AED 540 for it. My trip was this morning December 12, and despite my daily follow-ups since the submission till today (3 months!!!), I have not gotten it and have been told its "in process". I find this very hard to believe that the processing time is 3 months and despite my several attempts to understand when did DubaiVisa submit my application, I got no answer. I also checked the DubaiVisa portal and the status of my application is marked as completed/visa delivered which is false. This is totally unacceptable and despite my several escalations, no one cared. Terrible service and customer experience. I would never use it again and would not recommend it to anyone.

But After their saying that they are the official representative of emirates. So I just believe them. Their service was great and amazing. Their response very fast and very polite. Fantastic experience: Very happy with the service.. The standard service was for $100 but because I needed it urgent so paid extra $100 for 12 hrs service.. And you know what I did get my visa within 12hrs... Very easy process you can upload all requested documents online and they keep you updated via email with progress and you can also track on their website.. I recommend it to everyone .. Fantastic experience: I had a flight booked to Dubai and everyone told me that I wouldn’t need a visa to enter the country. However, when I got to the airport to make the check-in they told me that I couldn’t go because I didn’t have a visa. I called to everywhere asking for help, they couldn’t help in Emirates counter, I was hopeless. However I found this website and tried to make an emergency submission. Immediately appeared a window in whatsap with a super nice person trying to do their best to help me. This person was amazing, trying to calmed me down and making sure that I would get the visa. Short version: one minute before the check in closes i received my visa and now I’m on my way to Dubai!! Thank you so much for an amazing attention to the client, detail and professionalism. If you’re thinking about traveling and looking to take your visa cared, contact them!!

Negative experience: Hello my husband and I paid for my one month visa, we are trap in the airport for the pass 3 hours and you don't answer the phone or replay the WhatsApp messages. I will not recommend this site, and I will give the worse rate at online pages and sites about you. This is so unprofessional and disrespectful
