Negative experience: ‏أسوأ مكتب تعاملت وياه ، تعاملت ويا موظفة اسمها فاطمه وكانت سيئه كثير في تعاملها وحتى في حجوزاتها ، كانت حاجزه لي فندق بعيد عن كل شي ب 38 دقيقه بالسياره. واضطريت انا الي ادور لنفسي فنادق زينه واطرشه لها يعني انا كنت اسوي جزء كبير من شغلها ، وطرشتلي جدول بساعات الرحلات الي بنركبها ويوم حولت لها الفلوس شفتها مغيره توقيت الرحلة الداخليه بدون لا تسألني ويوم كلمتها حطت الغلط علي ، وحازجه لنا سياره تشلنا من المطار بالتوقيت يعني اذا تاخرنا على الدريول ١٠ دقايق ندفع اكثر رغم ان تأخير المطار ما يكون من الشخص نفسه لاكن يكون من الطياره او المطار نفسه ، ولما وصلنا المطار كانت طيارتنا متاخره ساعه ومتفي اي تواصل لا من فاطمه او من الدريول وتمينا في المطار ساعيتن لين قدرنا نتواصل وياهم يعني يوم كامل ضاع علينا بسبب عدم اتقان فاطمه في الحجز وعدم تواصلها ويانا ، وفي رحلة الرجوع حجزت لنا بعيد عن بعض رغم انه كان حجز مسبق ، حجزت لوحده فينا في النص وكانت بين رجالين ، والثانية في مكان ثاني . وعند تواصلي مع شخص ثاني في المكتب رد علي بأسلوب مب محترم وقالي انتي تتعمدين تسوين مشكله رغم ان لي حق اني اسوي مشكله . مكتب جداً سيئ وموظفين جداً سيئين وماعندهم حسن تعامل مع العميل

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with the services of this agency. bad adventure. At first they send me an offer on whatsapp for Bali and asked me to pay by bank transfer. The next morning, instead of sending me the VOUCHERs, Fatma's saleswoman calls me to tell me that hotels have become more expensive that I have to pay extra. I refused and complained to the director who was obliged to agree with me. When I arrived in Bali, I found myself in hotels very far from all the places to visit. Every day, I stay 4 hours round trip with the driver.

Negative experience: I was offered hotels far from the tourist attractions even though I had specified before my stay that I would prefer to stay in Obud. So I was obliged to drive two hours each way every day, and even longer, to do some sightseeing.
