Fantastic experience: I recently approached Shams Abu Dhabi Travel to obtain a UAE entry visa for my relative and I am extremely satisfied with their service. Cherie, who handled my case, was incredibly responsive and efficient. She managed to process everything swiftly, and I received my visa within a day without even having to visit their office. The whole experience was seamless and stress-free. Absolutely recommended! Five stars.

Fantastic experience: تجربة ممتازة وخدمة جيدة والمعلومات التي لا يعرفها الموظف لا يتكلم فيها بغير علم وهذه تحسب له بعض الشركات تضلل العميل لشراء التذاكر يتورط العميل في المطار وتضيع عليه التذكرة سألت الموظف عن إمكانية الرجوع لبلدي ( مصر ) وجواز السفر منتهي فكانت إجابته لا يعلم وتواصل مع الشركة وكان ردهم كذلك كانت الإجابة قاطعة من موظف مطار ابو ظبي وخدمة العملاء وبما أنني ذكرته قأقول أنه مطار غاية في الجمال والنظام والتعاون وكل الإجراءات تتم بكل سرعة وسهولة وليس هناك أي تعقيدات شهادة لله مطار فخر للأمة العربية أن يكون عندنا مطار قديم بهذا التطور والنظام وقديم هذه لأنه بني فترة الثمانينات

Negative experience: I just phoned this office just a while ago to inquire for a flight booking and the operator (male) did not show any enthusiasm in helping. I have contacted other agencies and so far this is the only one who did not give any advice. The operator just said goodbye and hung up. Thumbs down.

Im glad I choose Shams Travel- their agents are always updated and constantly helping you navigate through the restrictions. Cherie has been a huge help for me and my family- she is very efficient and advices me on the best ticket rates for our travel needs. She also reminds us before travel to ensure we have all the latest tests & documentation ready pre travel for smooth sailing! Its the 4th trip I am booking through her- and Im grateful for all the help and support I have gotten! Fantastic experience: I remember the day 2nd of July when I am on the top of my extreme tension and running here and there on the extreme heat of Abu Dhabi with one goal to go back home, I found this agency online on google, Atfirst they doesn't have flights for going back to india like other agency but they took my number to arrange the ticket,pure way of showing professionalism and guess what with two days on 4th of July they WhatsApp me with a number to contact and finally I am home on 6th of July. My visa was cancelled and I was worried about fine and they helped me with ease. Thanks alot for your service.
