Negative experience: تعاملهم جداً سيء ولا يهتم بالعميل وبصراحه ندامه عمري اني تعاملت معاهم وخاصه قسم المحاسبه وبالنسبه للمستند ام إعطائك نسخه من البنك وتقدر تشيك على حسابكم وانتو المفروض ترضون العميل ولما كنت بكلمك اسلوبك استفزازي وهذا مش من اسلوب احترام العميل لانك سكرت التيلفون في وجهي ومن دون ما نخلص الكلام وهذا يدل على احترام الزبون والان تريد احسن صورة شغلكم وعندي كل مايثبت على كلامي وتقولي بشتكي عليك وتقولي اني بغلط عليك وتهدد الزبون هذا يضر صاحب الشركه لانك غير متعاون واليوم انا بعثت لك رساله رسميه من البنك واريد استرجاع المبلغ في اسرع وقت
