As a naturally skeptical person, I had many questions, but Najad patiently answered all of them and kept me updated, even when I bombarded him with messages. Positive experience: I booked a trip to Vietnam. The trip was well organized, with an excellent choice of hotels and cruise accommodations, as well as a good itinerary to allow us to visit the north, central and south of Vietnam. The highlight of the trip is obviously the Ha long Bay cruise, which we could have stayed for 2 nights instead of 1 as we enjoyed it so much! More days added to the trip would be recommended as there is so much to see and do in Vietnam!

Positive experience: I want to give 4.8/5. The tour overall was well organized. A little bits here n there was adjustable.. Good selection of airlines that matters alot in travel. Vietnam is a beautiful country specifically Da Nang, Hoi An and Ho Chi Mein. I big thankyou to Sunakshi and Huzaifa who were always there whenever ans watever time I had contacted them. Always showed a professional attitudeamd welcoming nature and found a resolution to my queries. I want to explore the world and I hope Musafir would be my travel company. Negative experience: This company is not professional no body answer call and waisted the time and the give the documents for apply Schingin visa missing the cover letter and plan letter after the embassy sent me email requesting for both letters they sent me letters copied from google they are not able to draft letters which is part of their daily job routine I do not recommend do deal with this company called Mussafer

Positive experience: Hello! We visited South Africa and Victoria Falls on a customized tour organised by Musafir and was very impressed with the arrangements. It was a 14 day itinerary and all arrangements starting from transport to accommodation to ticket bookings were deeply thought out and accordingly arranged. Our inputs and requests - before and during the trip were also considered aptly. Overall we are very satisfied and highly recommend Musafir.

Positive experience: The Musandam trip organized by Musafir Team for NASCO Division promised a thrilling adventure amidst stunning natural beauty. From banana boat rides to speed boat excursions, swimming to kayaking, cave exploration to dolphin watching, the itinerary was packed with exciting water activities that left us exhilarated. However, amidst the excitement, there were certain aspects that fell short of expectations. The presence of floating debris, particularly evident in the form of floating waste, detracted from the otherwise picturesque surroundings. This not only marred the experience but also raised concerns about environmental conservation and sanitation standards. Additionally, the cleanliness of the bathroom facilities onboard left much to be desired. While onboard amenities are crucial for the comfort and convenience of guests, the unhygienic state of the bathrooms was a notable downside. Despite these shortcomings, the Musandam trip offered unforgettable moments of adventure and exploration. The breathtaking landscapes, coupled with the variety of water activities, created memories that will be cherished for a lifetime. However, addressing the issues of water cleanliness and onboard facilities upkeep would undoubtedly enhance the overall experience for future travelers.

Negative experience: Avoid Any Group Departures during Eid holidays as their local vendors are Un professional and unorganized. Day 1 - Wasted 1hr 30 minutes at the airport waiting, as the agent did not have proper list of customers Day 2 - No value for on time customers they make other ppl waiting for non timer who arrive late by 45mins .. we did not get enough time to see places as they want to close the tour early .. very unprofessional and pathetic service Day 3 - Same issue as day 2 making ppl wait for other ppl who follow their own time .. no respect of other ppl time in group Last day to airport : literally we were late only because one family was taking their sweet time and the guide was waiting for them without respecting other customer time and very unprofessional behavior by the agent as we were about to miss flight due to heights of stupidity

Fantastic experience: It was a wonderful trip to me and my family. We visited Baku Azerbaijan and Gabala Tufandag and many other places, all are beautiful and the people of Baku is polite, respectful and our tour guide Sabena also very polite, respectful and responsible person in delivering informations. Really we enjoyed a lot in this trip in staying and visiting places both in Baku and Tufandag Gabala. We strongly recommend Musafir for international tourism. I myself thank the Driver of the Bus and Musafir team and wish them to continue their services.

"Gudauri" hotel was good but tbilisi hotel was ok.. for vegetarian and taxi there are many apps which helps you to order food or taxi to home.. it was a good experience all together ❤️. Positive experience: The experience was good but there are certain things that were not good. There is no proper boardwalk to enter or leave the boat, the boat is open with no cooling system. There was no proper lighting in the restrooms and not clean

The guides were excellent. However, I wish they had advised us to take an e-visa because we had a terrible experience getting it on arrival at Bishkek airport.

Our trip to Armenia happened without any thought or preparation from our side - the iteniary was set by Pranab with a few tweaks from our side - at short notice our tickets were booked and bags packed - Armenia was the destination we chose and that will now forever stay alive in our minds - with the icy ❄️ peaks of the Ararat mountains standing tall … not to mention the ancient monasteries, the streams gushing with freshly melted icy waters, the meadows strewn with myriad flowers and the cherry blossoms in every direction.
