Negative experience: We booked desert safari for 4 people and it was a Bad experience they are unprofessional they don’t know how to speak with customers they just need money after taking money they will not care about you simple saying “if you want to stay enjoy otherwise you can go don’t eat our brain”. Tour guide promised us safari will be for 25 minute and I have to pay 100Aed I paid to him and driver droped us back in 10 minute and he was like “we not doing for 25 minute Maybe tour fouled you” Their License should be cancelled and government should form them. All are Pakistanis working there and need know how to foul tourists and the residents it’s their business making fake promises and many more.

Negative experience: I wish I could give them 0 or negative rating. We booked a desert safari package with them. We had extremely bad experience right from the moment they picked us from hotel until they dropped us to our hotel around 12 (midnight). It was very poorly organised and run event. No guidance or help was provided for desert safari or at the base camp. I had to find everything myself and chase people for activities. ATV were old and in very bad mechanical and physical condition, the Pakistani driver who took us to Desert Safari was rude, inexperienced, and didn’t care about our safety because he kept doing the stunts and driving while my daughter was crying so we asked him to stop the Desert Safari. Getting to the base camp was not easy. It was very painful and tiring experience. At the base camp we could not find a place to sit, there was shortage of food and drinks. They quality of food was not good either. They didn’t offer or provide the other activities to the kids like camel rides etc. After the event finished they made my family and kids wait for more than an hour in the middle of desert before taking us to the car. Kids and family were extremely tired but they didn’t care. This is very unprofessional company run by rude and arrogant people. Their licence should be cancelled by UAE government.

Negative experience: I did a desert safari with Al Marjan Tourism . The most pathetic service i ever had. UNORGANIZED DESSERT TOUR. We booked a land cruiser including pick up and drop off. After the event when we try to call the driver, he was not answering the phone. After 45 informed us that our car "which we are booked for us" is using as a shuttle service to drop off others from the camp whose car was parked on outer desert area. We wasted 90 minutes because of this. All of the staff are a bunch of scammers try to milk every last dollar you have.!!!

Negative experience: We, a group of 14, did a dessert safari with Al Marjan Tourism yesterday. The pathetic service i ever had. UNORGANIZED DESSERT TOUR. We booked 2 land cruiser including pick up and drop off. After the event when we try to call the driver, he was not answering the phone. Later when we tried him to call from another number, he responded and informed us that our car "which we are booked for us" is using as a shuttle service to drop off others from the camp whose car was parked on outer dessert area. We wasted 90 minutes because of this. Next is the camp and entertainment. Couldn't find any snacks on arrival apart from tea. Entertainment was average. Insufficiency of food. Grill was not available in the buffet. Grills and meat was over by the time, mid of the que reached the buffet. The seating arrangement and so called BBQ dinner at the desert safari was a joke, unorganised, poorly managed and unsavoury. The staffs also had an "It is what it is, take it or leave it" attitude. The belly dancing is nothing to look forward to and you are better of watching something on YouTube or maybe one of the better local performance places as the view and the dance was below average and not worth the hassle. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO USE AL MARJAN TOURISM FOR DESSERT SAFARI.

Negative experience: It was the worst experience ever.The service provided by them was very bad. The food served was very soggy and even the car provided by them for the safari was not good. Don't get fooled by their Facebook posts.

Negative experience: Worst desert safari ever, dirty cars, rude drivers, worst food ever, there was no enough food for everyone.. don’t let them fool you with the discounted price.. once you’re booked everything is offered at extra price!! what a joke !! Shame!

Negative experience: Horrible experience! I have taken other desert safari tours, but this one was the worst one. The dinner was a nightmare, Very poor quality food. Dirty bathrooms, Uncleaned Camp Not recommended.
