Now there is even flower shop too. Also for coffee lovers they have - Costa coffee.

Positive experience: I had visited to deposit the money in ENBD but found that it is only withdrawal only. I request ENBD to have deposit facilities too in the ATMs.

Negative experience: I wish I could give you 0 starts The service has changed dramatically recently, we are very disappointed, we paid for a pickup taxi from the airport, the cab didn't show up, we booked tours and the tours didn't pick us up as well, and we didn't get our refund for the unused services. Very bad!

Fantastic experience: Though one could fine on goggle that Singapore Airlines has their office in DNATA,on arriving I ground the SQ has relicated their customer services to home base. But was delighted to get kind assistance from the reception staff at DNATA, who went out of her way to get the Sales personnel of SQ to contact me by which I was able to change my travel plans with immediate action taken.

Negative experience: One of my worst experiences ever and this would be my last time to book through Dnata since last Monday am trying to resolve my issue since I faced a medical emergency and won't be able to go for my family vacation. Booking directly with the resort would save me that headache and not be frustrated for a week that am going to lose my money.

Negative experience: Your night duty security guard Jan 28 2023 named Mohamad if Im not mistaken was very rude!!! he shouted at me! i told him that he is so rude and he replied " yes I am rude, go away complaint I dont care!" you should not tolerate this kind of act!! i will wait for your action on this matter as this is really unacceptable!

Negative experience: Husband suggested I go here to plan our upcoming holiday. Walked in and there was only one employee working. I was not acknowledged upon entering reception area. After waiting 20 minutes, employee asked what my "query" was. Informed him that I was looking to plan a holiday. The employee then informed me that the reservation he was working on would take another half hour. So, lets see...lack of acknowledgement for 20 minutes, then being told I'd have to wait another 30 minutes ? No thanks, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Negative experience: I have taken visa service from Dnata SZR office recently. My appointment was booked in Abu Dhabi. The staff helped me took more than 3 weeks to complete my application, they never pick phones for any inquiry, not properly or replying to emails on time. I had to physically visit their office to close my case. Had a very bad experience, overall service is totally unacceptable from the visa service team. I will definitely look for some other office/ visa service company next time. Think before you make the payment.

Fantastic experience: Happy customer, I called Dnata this morning with disappointment because of a recent poor service that I have been given with several Dnata agents, some of whom are supposed to send me an email or give me a call which I never received until I had a call with Mrs Enas Ahmed. She was extremely kind and very efficient at her work. Despite some card issues she has finalised my package within 2 hours which I was trying for a couple days. I would confidently recommend her for those looking for a professional and efficient service in Dnata travel. Just Happy and satisfied customer! Negative experience: Horrible customer service, the place is understaffed, they don't answer calls, they don't answer emails, and their markups are not justified. I waited for 45 minutes for one staff to attend to one customer then I got fed up as my paid parking was almost over. This place desperately needs an overhaul.

Positive experience: Located close to Dubai Canal at the heart of Shaikh Zayed road. Very friendly and customer oriented staff. Approachable via metro as well as holds sufficient free parking space around the building for customers.

The services - air tickets, cruise, visa, hotels (inbound and outbound), leisure activities - bus tour, desert safari and many more. Must say the services are top notch International driving license available - it will take 15 min to get one. 2 passport photo Emirates id copy Passport and visa copy And a form which they provide to fill.

Negative experience: I went all the way to business bay building which looked huge and seemed to be providing professional services but that’s not the case! I went to visa services desk and there was a person who didn’t even bother to process my application, he just handed me a print out of an email with required documents, i sent the email an NO RESPONSE for 2 days altho i sent a reminder and called the next day and was promised to get a call back an nothing happened! Other low budget offices provide much better services at lower prices!
