Negative experience: Reaching Air Arabia's office is incredibly challenging; it took me 18 hours to contact them through various outlets, only to be directed to their Al Kharamaa office in Dubai. Additionally, their website lacks proper contact information for rebooking during flight cancellations due to rain and flooded airports. Despite no flights from Sharjah since April 16th, they haven't sent any notifications. Email notifications were received on the morning of the 17th instead of 5 minutes before departure. Furthermore, their WhatsApp hotline only provides auto-replies all day, making it a waste of time. Due to these issues, I won't be booking with them again. I'm disappointed that my flight scheduled from April 17th was rescheduled to four days 21 april later without any delay compensation. It's quite frustrating.
