Negative experience: Horrible customer service, its been 3 days and I still haven't received my ticket. I try to follow up and they keep saying tomorrow you'll receive it but I dont. I don't recommend at all and stay away from these frauds

Negative experience: They are frauds. Please don’t fall in the trap. They sold tickets, took money and canceled my tickets. I have been following up for refund or re-issuance of my tickets but to no avail.
