Fantastic experience: Used the services for visa processing. Dealt with Ms. Geeta Bista online and everytime i got a visit visa processed within a few hours and same day. I recommended her to another friend in qatar and she too got her visa in a few hours. My go to place for visit visas now.

Negative experience: Worst travel agent ever. They delayed my ticket refund for 11 months. And customer service is NIL. Don't even deserve a rating. I'm posting this to guide whoever wants to deal with them in the future. Managers are the worst. What we expect as customers are for a manager to resolve our problem, if we make a complain. But at Greenline they make it worst when we approach a senior or a manager. Don't answer calls Lies to the customer Don't take ownership for mistakes Not polite at all.

Negative experience: It's a worst tour and travel ever seen.No follow up and not ready to admit their fault.Applied for a visit visa for my boss' wife who was in UK ,They assured that we will receive visa in 4 working days and i didn't receive it in 10 working days.Ultimately had to cancel the confirmed ticket with heavy charges.

Fantastic experience: Our holiday went smoothly & as planned; would highly recommend Greenline Travel & Tourism- Abu Dhabi. Travelled to Bangkok from Abu Dhabi for 7nights (just returned today) as we are frequent travelers to Pataya we had a good idea of where we wanted to stay, specifying our choice of hotel and room type. Greenline Travel care of booking the flights, car hire, accommodation and theme park tickets. They created the package to our specification, all costs were taken care of prior to departure no hidden local taxes at the hotel or unexpected expenditure that can occur when you try and go direct, We will be contacting Greenline Travel again for any future travel to the states, this is the 2nd time using the company travelling to two different locations in the Thailand. Excellent service. Every time I 'phoned my call was answered immediately with patience and clarity even though I am technophobic and fearful of e tickets etc. Staffs were extremely polite and helpful. I would book again with Greenline Travel & Tourism . Thanks. Would highly recommend.
