Negative experience: I Cancelled my ticket for an emergency 6 months back til now I didn't get my refund,they are not responding and only telling the story,i prefer do not stuck ur money with them they are unprofessional.

Negative experience: Having a traumatic experience with them.If you don’t want to left epmtied pocket think wisely before you do any transactions specially processing visa.They never care on their customers,because at the end they know anyhow you have to pay fines on your own.You must know how follow up because they will not call you to update.If you got an issue they will not help you and you have to find what the issue exactly and get solutions on your own,they will suggest on the way that they will get something. Hoping that nobody else in the future will experience the worst customer service we had! God bless to the staff and manager whom we deal with.

Negative experience: unresponsive. very poor service, they will leave you hanging after 2 weeks of visa application. i got referred by a common friend. after you applied the visa they will give you additional hidden charges while your visa is on going. i just ask for a visa application reciept, the agent name sarah is not answering her mobile and when you tried to call the landline she will answer. if you dont want to suffer same stress as they did to me, dont go with this agency. i doubt if the owner is aware about this.
