Negative experience: يوجد موظفان ... السيدة تستعمل أسلوب مهذب وراقي جدا جدا مع العملاء .والرجل ..تعامله يحتاج إلى مراجعة في استقبال العملاء والاهتمام .. لايمكن ان شركة دناتا وكلائها بهذا الاسم العالمي ان يكون لديهم موظف بهذا المستوى .. الرجاء من. باب النصح .. الاهتمام في العملاء بصورة عملية وحضارية ..

Fantastic experience: دناتا سبق لي تعامل معاهم مرات نظمولي طيران وحجز فنادق وبصراحه كل مره لم تواجهني اي مشكله فحجوزاتهم اوكي ومضمونه غير ذلك لهم سمعه في فنادق عالميه ومعروفين وطبعا اسعارهم جيده بالنسبه للوكالات السفريات الاخرى

Negative experience: 0 Star, Very bad staff attending in Shariah Branch. Never pick any phone call during working hour. only time pass work done by danata staff. I will never recommend to any body to danata. Also going to cancel my danata credit card.
