Fantastic experience: Masha Allah.. very good service and I have done my umrah with my family peacefully. Very excellent accommodation they provided in Makkah and Medina. May Allah bless this management and their service

Negative experience: Not advice to any body. They demanded to take room from them only and finally I had to book Madeena and Makkah rooms from them - no option. But When we reached madeena and contacted the booked hotel, they said no room is booked - we dont have any rooms etc. cheaters ....cheaters... didnt returned my booking amount till now. Complained to the departments against this group and their parent group AL HABASH. pls avoid taking umra through this group.
