BUT DESPITE OF REMINDERS AND VISITING YOUR OFFICES. YOU PROMISED AND COMIT ALL THE TIMES BUT STILL YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO ARRANGE RESIDENCE VISA. Negative experience: These guys are cheaters. Don't pay them any advances. Be careful by their tricks. It is now 2 months they have not refunded AED 850. I applied for a 90days visa, after a week they denied to issue the visa. Now they are not refunding the money. Please spread this awareness to others.

Negative experience: Fraud. Been 2 years, still no visa. Got absconding case because of them and false promises. Paid them for visa and absconding removal yet no result. Now shop is closed and they have disappeared.

Negative experience: Dear Al saif tourism/ hola management I've been asking for my refund since last year January 26,2020 it's been a year now you didn't process my refund you just keep on promising I've been very patient with all you promise kindly prioritized my concern and transferring the money will not take a year to get it done. i've been very patient with all your condition and promises but you dont know how to keep your words., you dont even know how to value your customer., you just want to get money from your customers., you know my bank account just deposit the remaining amount of my money., Thank you
