Negative experience: Even 1 start don't deserved I called Just now and a lady answer my call she keeps on talking and not letting me talk you called your company a heda office but why your customer service reacts so bad and not friendly being a customer service you need to understand and communicate properly but instead she shouted and talking like no ending wake up guys you want to keep your reputation put someone else who can communicate better to your client

Negative experience: From / 7 / days i am trying to contact with the new india insurance company in AL RAFAA but the staff didn't pick up my phone , this is not good behavior.

Negative experience: I called on the mentioned number regarding some queries, the lady on reception behaved soo bad that am traumatized, you guys clam that you have been in the market for last 100 years, you have been providing such cheap customer services for last 100 year? please maintain your company’s legacy and hire people who can at least talk to the prospects in a well behaved manner.

Negative experience: I was trying reaching you for the past ten days and no on picking up the phone If there’s less than one star I could choose This is th worst company ever I had in my experience Not recommended at all My LPO takes more than 15 days !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??? So pathetic company procedures and never attended office calls!!!!!!!

As an importer for 20 years and being well aware of how shipping companies throw in extra charges to unaware clients. The list of charges keep adding up such as Warehouse fee Container cleaning Transfer fee Washing fee Exchange fee Be careful and know your rights while dealing. Seek justification for the charges
