Negative experience: We recently went to sri lanka through trident travel, this was the worst experience in my life. No proper coordination and all the people suffered extreme pain. Had to pay huge amount and got a mediocre service and hotel. wont recommend to anyone pls go through SriLankan Airlines.

Negative experience: Im really wondering why they have given that email Address and contact number to comminunicate. Because you need to call 100 time and still im not sure someone will pick your call and the email is same. You will never ever get a reply from them .if you ever received a reply it's a miracle. We will be a developing country for 100 more years thanks to this kind of unprofessional people.
