Paying huge amount of money for 2 good times to clear absconding and overstay only to find out that my visa is still on absconding. I lost so many good opportunities because of this. Cozmo Travel Sharjah... I am dying in pain.

Negative experience: I have been calling this company for the past two days now. No one is answering the phone or doing callbacks ! Cozmo Travel doesn't have a receptionist or anyone to take call for customers inquiries, not even to callback? This is frustrating.

Negative experience: BAD SERVICE ,, it's first time in my life that i have give one star feedback , no one can assist you or even try to assist you via phone or mail on refund cases, they will be asking only to visit the branch finalize your problem my inquire was simple and am sure it can be done if they tried to assist, the funny part that when am send the mail and explained my concern it was not even resolved you will be receiving a survey link, not recommend at all since i never deal with them and this the one and only.

Fantastic experience: We had a great tour experience with cozmo travel to baku, azerbaijan. Everything was done very professionally and we had a very smooth and timely experience! our tour guide was very friendly and helpful throughout our trip. Negative experience: Worst to worst service they are doing fraud with people as when someone reaches out to them to renew or extend visa they dont reply, they ONLY reply when the ban has been placed and no proper guidance from them whatsoever. Been running after them since one week for renewal and came to know that have got a ban. THIS is how they scam people for money. The authorities should put an end to this or deserving people will keep running after bans instead of looking for jobs…. Bad very bad. Would NOT RECOMMEND.!!!

Negative experience: Very bed experience in my life first time in UAE before expired my visit visa I applied for residence visa I get approval before ending the visit visa and also inform travel agent who renewed My visit visa but when submitting application my company called me you agent put on absconding but with out call email even one time I really disappointed than I go office Sharjah agent say 1900 plus 1000 fine but I don't have money my company say I pay fine but didn't pay absconding fee I requested for him who halding all the people are not same so please if you put on absconding please 1 time call or email than give minimum 1 week than your right put absconding money not important more than career so please realise thanks

Negative experience: This COZMO Travels is worthless, PLEASE NEVER APPROACH THIS TRAVEL AGENCY, ESPECIALLY THE SERVICE PERSON ROSHAN. I applied visit visa from them and for some reason it got rejected, and they just told that they can't help, and asked me to check with immigration for myself. Whereas they knew very well that immigration department never allow any other person but, they still ask me to go Rahmaniya and later they guided me to go to Airport immigration, I was wondering around for all day, took leave from office. At last when I informed that they are not allowing me either, then they told that they will check with their PRO. Meanwhile waiting at the airport, I just checked with one random person at the airport to help in this issue and he guided me to the Air Arabia office. To my SURPRISE their PRO is sitting in Airport itself and he solved this in 2 minutes. This matter would have been solved with just a phone call from them, but they did not helped me. Instead made me to suffer by keeping me waiting for 5 days and I got the fine as well, which would have been avoided without any single problem.

Negative experience: Worst Experience Ever!!! I have been their loyal customer since 14 years in UAE but this time the worst level of service I received has changed my perspective towards them. The Visa agent in Musaffah Branch Abu Dhabi kept on talking high about his experience and know how while on contrary kept me waiting for 2 hours for just applying for a tourist visa and called his superior 4 times to ask his doubts, kept on asking same information again and again, doing typo errors and correcting again and again. During my 2 hour waiting time he kept ontalking about visa rejection atleat 10 times. Today he called and informed that the visa is rejected. This is my last transaction with them.
