Negative experience: My experience applying for visa renewal with DUBA travel agency in the UAE was disappointing due to the inefficiency of the process. The agency handling my application, Duba travels was extremely unprofessional. They consistently missed deadlines and were unresponsive to my inquiries, causing unnecessary stress and delays. Their lack of organization led to mistakes in my documentation and confusion regarding my application status. Overall, I would not recommend their services for visa renewals or any other travel-related needs due to their poor performance and lack of professionalism. The lady working in DUBA travels in so unprofessional she doesn't know how to talk to the customers, she is always shouting and doesn't listen.

Negative experience: Worst travels never see before in uae don't book anyone this ..if I book visa for renewal they taking so long time and visa will expires I am asking money return back still they don't give ..don't book any one

I said that they had a very bad work culture, and she went on shouting at me and speaking over me thinking I spoke about her family ... she gave me wrong information she gave me wrong prices and she kept telling me that they recorded my voice illegally without my consent .. i wish i could give half a star
