Negative experience: 1 star is even too generous for this agency specifically the travel agent Bpbby. The travel agent was very rude, unhelpful, and even hung up when I was still talking! Totally unprofessional. I was simply asking the procedures, when the visa would be given, and he acted very condescendingly, was very sarcastic, and insulting! Choose any travel agency but this one. The only 5 star reviews they get are from their own employees. They're more trouble than they're worth.

Negative experience: There is an agent named Bobby and he was rude as hell. Yes they can provide visa but if you transact with that agent, he is going to give you headache. Their price is reasonable but it aint worth the trouble. Go look for other agencies.

Fantastic experience: Me and my colleague had to exit for visa change asap. The payment was delayed on our end but as soon as i sent the copy of the receipt, my agent checked for tickets and booked it as per our requested date. We also got our Tourist visa even before we actually exited to another country. It was fast and smooth transaction. Thank you! Highly recommended Travel Agency.

Negative experience: My friend got this B TO B to Oman for his exit because it was referred by his cousin. They will give a price for the roundtrip bus fare - but when you are in Oman, they will ask you to pay extra for the driver and other charges. Also, isn't it obvious that when your visa is released you will go back to UAE? For them, you have to book separately for you to have slot to the bus going back. And worst, the visa comes out morning, then the booking time is 3pm, then 4pm is the trip. If you are booking by 3pm, they will tell you slots are full and you have to stay again for 1 night they planned everything just to extort money shame on you!

Fantastic experience: When I avail of my ticket to Oman, they were very helpful and the driver (Rashid) was very kind , friendly , and orderly that everything goes smoothly. I just pity my fellow kabayan that get stuck in Oman / Kish because their employer didn't support their working VISA for them to come back. :( Oliver and Rashid were very friendly to accommodate my things and everything went well.

Negative experience: Totally you will get frustrated. Many kabayan who exit in Oman..whose agency is Welcome holidays..they all regrets going to that agency!1MONTH VISA WILL MAKE YOU WAIT FOR 3 DAYS.
