Negative experience: Hard to say this ..Waste company…. Don’t trust them , they are just making money .I am waiting for their booking for 2-3 months. Still not responded.I lost my patience. 2000 dhs I paid . Initially I asked them to book on Ramadan days , they refused. Now since 2 months they are not responding. Now I called them today and they replied me with email . Below I am sending the pic . Always they are responding like this. Almost 3 months they took for response , now again they need 72 hours to decide. They will decide when we need to go for a vacation So please review google comments , then make an agreement with them .

Negative experience: Dont get trapped by this type of agencies they will make Member and after 2year maximum they will run away, there are similat concept companies available in Dubai and Sharjah all have same strategy, you can search...dont pay your hard core money like this....after 1 and 2 year they will run away and you never know you may be the person after whom they will stop giving services. Negative experience: Very FRAUD Company. Taken Package of 4000 AED for 12 Nights(12 Local Activities) + Georgia Tour. At initially they mentioned, we will provide sightseeing from Hotel side But later they denied their statement and for 5 Nights , they only provided 2 site seeing. Later on they cancelled my 1 sightseeing by just by sending mail in Unknown country. My entire plan is affected. Just stayed it at Hotel only. Tried to book ticket for Warner Bros , Abu Dhabi from last more than 2 months. But this is 4th Time they cancelled my plan at last moment without giving update. Yesterday morning also I called and they told me that you will get tickets. Again after trusting them for 4th time, waited for entire day and nothing I got. I am already in Process of taking Legal actions from them. Last time Legal company told me that just try once more hence waited. Now i am too much Frustrated Now. Also whatever Positive reviews we can see its Paid Reviews or their Internal Team Only.
Negative experience: This is FRAUD FRAUD company .....these type of Travel company are frauds ....And this is very much happening in uae ....This is the suggestion for People in UAE .....dont fill your personal details in any coupon or raffel draws .They will call you to collect you gift and trap your family .ONE OF THE EXAMPLE IS VERTEX TRAVEL AND TOURISM .....I am going to file case on them ......With all my contact

Negative experience: Hello, What I write is just personal experience. Decision about choosing a tour package is up to individual. My experience in taking a tour package from vertex is too bad. That too from the beginning. No I feel like spending when it’s required is better that taking a package. Even if someone is going for the package, clearly clarify every queries and better to get it written by the sales people who canvass you. Else later at the time of booking new rules will come up. Also once you make the payment, there is no way you can get it back, even if you don’t find the service helpful. Another thing, if you have 10 days of vacation, you will not ha able to avail 10 local activities. They will give one activity at a time and you have to request for it 7-10 days prior. For requesting the next one you will have to wait until you are done with the requested one. In other word you will get maximum of 2 local activity if you have 10 days vacation. Think wisely before you invest. It’s all my personal experience. Those who got good serves from them, they are lucky. Thank you

Negative experience: Scam alert. The people trap you by asking you to win the coupon in a lucky draw. When you go to the destination. They start trapping you in their plan by asking if they have this deal for you and so on when you are trapped they give you that free coupon. Luckily, you are not trapped, then they say you have to e-mail, and we will give you the pass, etc, but there is nothing. So be aware. Don't spoil your time and car fuel on them. Now i gave you the proof 13 of august. i got this voucher, and then i sent you an e mail, but there was no response. i called many times, and i sent watsapp. No body replied to me. My only concern is why you people waste our time and money.

Negative experience: Scammers in Abu Dhabi, they focus on familys in super markets and invite using gifts and voucher (useless voucher). if you went for it, they will convince to their prepaid traaap!!!. I emailed many times for a booking and without any reason they cancelled 3 times. even they cant give any reimbursement payments on their promised dates. Best option please dont go to the promotion for free gifts. im planning to report to authorities about this scammers.

Negative experience: They are a fraud company. They smoothly steal thousands of bucks from you. Oh they are cunningly smooth in convincing you to give them your money. They first give you lucky draw in some mall, call you and tell you that you won, they ask you to meet them in some hotel, they offer lifetime packages for traveling. DO NOT FALL FOR IT Also, all the positive reviews here are by their own team. They have employees of all languages. They observe you and see what is your native language and they assign a person who talks in that language so you kinda get a sense of trust as that person is from you home town. That's how they trap you

Negative experience: Best example of# scam# in abu dhabi is #vertex# travel and tourism.3 months before i fill the coupon in capital mall and i got call from vertex. They told me you have win the coupon and there is small promotional progam also we are conducting in holiday inn hotel. I think now a days there promotion in going on ramada hotel. They explain the gift. After that manager told me their is small promotional package of #35 days. They explain their package after that they convinced me i took 10000 dirhams package. They told me you can get welcome call welcome e-mail etc bla bla bla..after 10 days i mail them for booking queen Elizabeth ship.no response from customer care.. That time i knows am in a trap. My money in gone. Fraud company vertex i never suggest anyone for this company..

Negative experience: Very poor service. Past three months I sent couple of request, all those requests are acknowledged but no arrangements were done on the request.This was the case for last three occasion and they spoiled the plans despite of several mails, calls and followup. Looks like we have been cheated and they are looting the money.
Fantastic experience: Singapore is the best destination for foreign trip. I went there for 5 days trip with my family. It was an amazing experience at Singapore. I have visited Garden by the Bay, Universal Studio, Sentosa beach, Night safar, Singapore Zoo etc. The whole city is very clean and very good people there. They support us and also Indian restaurants are available there and hotel facility is also good. According to my view, we have to go Singapore in Life, it is a very best place. Negative experience: Very bad service and customer service.Took package and after payment their attitude changed.We have to select the hotels they are giving.even though in terms and condition they tell we can choose any 5 star or 4 star hotels,at the time of booking they will tell they don't have tie up with that particular resort.Then they will give their options that even 4 star or 3 star.. Please don't go after their brain wash and talking..they don't provide refund.. Everyone careful.. Two services they gave ,but on the third booking onwards ,they showed their real face and we had to cancel our precious moment.They ruined our event.First two service is their trick to stick on package and afterwards they will start arguing..
