I requested to change my return sector date and they canceled all the sectors..it was impossible to get the seats back due to their mistake..moreover they asked me to pay for their mistake so I can get the same date but on a higher class...how can that be even possible!!! Had to make calls around the world to get that mess fixed by the airline itself.. well..never ever again
