Negative experience: I submitted an online inquiry about one of their packages by late october to travel in december and i received the automated email acknowledgement that someone agent will contact me, however, i was contacted today the 19th dec which is after my traveling dates. What kind of service is this. You are losing customers and no kind of supervision or follow up for this kind of online requests. Very poor service and communications.
