Negative experience: التواصل والمعاملة جدا سيئة، الموظف لم يقم باعطاء المعلومات كاملة. اخبرنا خلال نفس المكاملة ان الرحلة متوفرة ثم خلال خمس دقايق اخبرنا انها غير متوفرة بدون اعطاء المعلومات الكافية.
