Negative experience: Worst service utter worst service and the management don’t have manners to talk they cannot take customer dissatisfaction specially this guy Basith, they promise for ziyarat and give you a long list and they will not take you their they will show u from Far that look that is that place. They will say there is travel to haram sharif but when you reach there you will realize it’s only one way, and you have to spend money In taxi. They will trouble you for luggage as well. Hence they will take money from you and will not give service worst service with no sense in their excuses. They don’t have manners to talk or apologize if they have caused trouble. I will request all to don’t encourage or select such travels as they thug (which is haram but they do) and misbehave.

Negative experience: Very bad experience with this tour provider. Starting from traveling, nothing was well planned and the head of tour was not even that much knowledgeable person. Secondly time management was not good, due to which mostly prayers and iftar got delayed. Then the dinner was served at 10:30 pm and was told that we will be refreshed just 15 mins before Fajar prayer (that never happened before prayer) but happened 15 mins after call of prayer. Due to which no one had a chance to have something to drink or eat. After reaching Madinah Munawara the hotel was planned for 4pm to be allotted and we reached at 10 am. Amir told us to put the luggage at the reception and go to masjid for juma prayers (no one had wadu or gusal) when asked and argued with the amir then they planned for rooms. Rooms are like 20 mins walking distance from Haram( as told before by office management ; incase the hotel is far away we will provide transport services) when going for prayer we asked for the services; they said its just 10 mins walking distance all other peoples are walking, you also go by walk. After some heated arguments amir said if u wanted good service you must have paid more money for good hotel near to haram, on which we replied that we did not had any clue that this kind of service will be provided. Still we have to go to Mecca and we are hoping the same issue are ant faced by us there. I will strongly recommend not to do any tour plan with the organizer unless they give you something in writing about the service they say will provide against the actual. Still i don't want to give even 1 star as a rating to them.

Negative experience: Very bad experiance, because am travelling 3 rd time for umra,, hotel room is far and no shuttle service, in makka also they arranged i in azeesia area, company guys are telling hotel fare is high, but company charged amount for 10days package price for 5 days package,so company must provide good accomodatiin, bus also very tragedic option, you deserve good apreciation for selecting oldest bus for service, and also accomodate 5 persons in back seat without reclining, if you have human srnse, think situtation of passenger sitting in back side fot more thsn 35hrs, So am not recomend this company if they offering free service

The service, transport and accommodation provided was satisfactory, except for the room provided in Madinah as this could have been more better. I would definitely consider traveling with Yarmook again would recommend for anyone seeking a meaningful and well-guided Umrah experience.

Negative experience: Yarmook travels for only malyalis....not for others also they not care about others , be cause I went with my family we not understand what they saying, also not explain, alhumdulillah I knew Urdu so I read book and performed umrah, and we went for ziarat also we not understand what was the history of that place, be cause they explained in malyali language, they don't know Urdu to explain. Really we was so suffered. Also distance from haram to room 1 km. But it's good for only for malyalis ...even they arranged food also malyali food. But we not taken that food....this is my 1st and last trip with this group..... actually we are going for hajj and umrah and ziarat ...so we need to know about our Islam history briefly. .... thanks

Positive experience: Travelled with yarmook this Ramadan, Hotel accommodation were good, Busses were not that par of having 25 hours journey language barrier is biggest draw back if you are not familiar with Malyalm (Indian local language), I would advise for non speakers to chose some other service, for keralite it's best service you can get

Good hotel, Good guidance through historical places, comfortable umrah perform with guide. absolutely memorable umrah trip. I am happy i will go again this group. Especially I thank our guide who guided us very well.

Negative experience: Good travel agency for keralite ppl. Non keralite plz don't prefer going with al yarmook.. as Ameer is very knowledgeable but can explain only in Malayalam and he hardly know English or Hindi. Good: Accommodation is very near in Makkah and madina.
