تأسست التيم للحج والعمرة والسفر عام 1999م بواسطة السيد/ راشد الشحي ، حيث اصبح رئيس مجلس ادارة الشركة ، وقد وضع اساس العمل بالشركة لتقديم الخدمة الممتازة لكافة العملاء.
التيم للحج والعمرة والسفر هى شركة معتمدة ومرخصة من قبل الهيئة العامة للشؤون الاسلامية والاوقاف وهيئة السياحة وغرفة التجارة وتحمل ترخيص مزاولة نشاط الحج والعمرة رقم (CN-1041642) منذ عام1999، علاوة على ذلك فإن الشركة عضوة فى المنظمات التالية:
IATA: المنظمة الدولية النقل الجوي.
وكيل خارجي معتمد لدى وزارة الحج والعمرة للملكة العربية السعودية .
الاتحاد العالمي لرابطة وكلاء السفر

Negative experience: لا يوجد دقة فالحجوزات الفنادق و الطيران معاملة طاقم الموضفين لا يوجد فيها احتراف و لا يتم تعويض الاغلاط بالطريقة الصحيحة عدم الالمام بابسط امور الحجوزات و فيز العمرة

في البداية نشكر تقيمكم لنا - للايضاح اختيار البرنامج كان من طرفكم من حيث الطيران والفنادق ونوع التأشيرة حيث لدينا برامج من ابوظبي ولكن قمتم باختيار طيران العربية من الشارقة الذي قام بمنعكم من السفر بدون سبب مع انكم تحملون تأشيرة دخول السعودية وهي مسموح بها العمرة طبقا لموقع الخارجية السعودية الذي تسطيعوا الاطلاع عليه في اي وقت ورغم ان المشكلة ليست من طرفنا قمنا بتعويضكم بحجز لكم ليلة في فندق في دبي وحجز تذاكر طيران من دبي على الطيران السعودي صباح اليوم التالي وخصم حصري لكم في برنامج عمرة برمضان من ضمن برامجنا المجدولة . في النهاية نأسف عن الخطاء الخارج عن اردتنا
