Negative experience: They stole my money They told me that the visa cost 500 including the appointment and 245 will be paid in embassy I was shocked after payment that I have to pay also 300 for the appointment in the embassy and they informed me that no one paid us and I was applied for 3 appointments so they stole 900aed from me I will go to higher authority and customer protection to get my writes

Negative experience: I applied for my partner's visit visa, last decemebr it was smooth and when he planned to spend holidays here it was rejected. Ms Beverly never update or anything and i have to call more than multiple times to give me update and just send papers that it was rejected and she didnt even give me any reason to fix why is it rejected and after a few weeks that office shuts down. Dont trust this travel agency. They are scammers!

Negative experience: This company is doomed , please do not deal with this company, They take your money and do not post your visas , Their all accounts of visas has been blocked by the govt, They don't even return your money. They are bankrupt.

Negative experience: I paid them 1000 Dirhams for visit visa for my brother. Since then they are not answering my phone. Not even replying on WhatsApp. Office number no reply, complaints number no reply. They are not trustable!! Be careful

Negative experience: Poor Service! And the most upset things is o go to the location the agent sent me and when i arrive she give the wrong location! And when I'm calling no answer and messaging her no response also! I already paid and this is what i get! This travel agency is a scam!

Negative experience: I made a purchase of tourist visa with them and they booked my ticket. but it was canceled the day of my flight. because of unexpected heavy rains. and it wasn't my fault to be reschedule my flight. they ask for additional payment to process it. and they promise me that they will refund. so I paid them the additional payment. I keep on asking for updates and follow up about the refund. they keep on telling that there's no any update yet. it's been 2 months up to now they didn't refund the money they have promise. and I tried so many times to send an email message from their website but no one replies. PLEASE STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE! GIVE BACK OUR MONEY!

Negative experience: Danica is respectful and kind. I’m giving one star because the operations are liars when they keep saying that my papers are already sent to Japan embassy when in fact I didn’t get appointment yet which is being requested daily via email. I was not expecting a full refund upon retracting my application but a partial refund should have been fair. Stay away and look for another agency!

Negative experience: When I called them two months later to inquire about the status, they informed me that our visa had been denied. I asked them to send the proof that you received from the Japanese Embassy, but they were unable to do so. just offering as proof their internal Emails.I believe our visa was not applied for by the embassy. They did not respond after my payment, if this was a legitimate organization, they would have replied. When I finally contacted to find out the status, they informed me that it had been denied. They also mentioned that throughout the previous month, Japan's official website was being maintained. I verified the website and it was working perfectly, but they supplied me screenshots that had been altered to indicate that the Japan website was down. (The chat history is with me.) Scam people

Negative experience: Recent past I had taken out my brother-in-law visa from this company and it was successful and had two times done the Visa extension under Inside country option. However now upon paying for the third time and this time I had applied for 2 months extension together wherein I paid 1650 via online transfer. Seperately I also had applied another visa for my second brother in Law which was in total amount of 700 visa fee plus the 500 deposit. Now the agent over there is saying that the company owner ran away and I will not be getting my payment back. She also informed that company is no longer present there. This is pure scam. I will approach the legal authorities to get my money back. It's been 2 months now since i am chasing them to have my money back.

Negative experience: this is the worst place to do appointment!!! I made Belgium visa appointment and I paid all the fees and charges. office lady informed me that prior appointment date she will provide me with the rest of documents such as Hotel, tickets and Insurance but now when i call no one responding and What's app not responding also despite that all fees was paid in advance.

Negative experience: To my fellow Residents in UAE, I want to bring awareness about this fraud and scam agencies.. I hired their services last March 16,2024 and since then for 3 months I was doing the constant follow up to Ms Beverly Reyes. Last week I got the Whatsapp Messages from Ms Beverly asking me to claim my money or payment back because :they didn’t deliver the services and secondly their company or business is shutting down. After my shift that day I went to Gatewayz Tourism LLC in Al Ghurair and saw their office shut down! I just met the cleaner, shutting the lights and he said their business is shut down! Ms Beverly and other numbers she shared ignored my calls answered but said wrong number. Plus she said the agency might only shift to other office . Although I filed Complaint about them in Ministry DET, I dont want other innocent people to be treated like this. They could have reached out formally before vanishing completely because every single penny is hard earned.This kind of acts are genuinely destroying the image of UAE.

Negative experience: Hi, when it's about money these people will commit with you 3 4 days and ask you for more money for urgent visa. NOT WORTHY OF ONE START EVEN. Once payment is been made they will day it's delay from immigration and even stop giving you update. These people are FRAUD and SCAMMER. BEAWARE.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional and customer service is ZERO. My cousin applied for a visa as he will go exit in Oman at the same time he will spend holiday there. They were very hyped because of social media that is why they tried this agency but sad to say it was a nightmare for all of us who were so much in tension because the agent does not have any sense of responsibility. First of all, my cousin was told confidently that even holiday they can still apply visa online even immigration is close. because they were giving assurance to do it my cousin trusted them. During the holidays my cousin’s partner was doing all the follow-ups as we are all concerned and worried. But this so called famous in social media was no were to found named KENT. Sorry to namedrop you but you don’t know how we were in so much tension not able to enjoy our holiday because of this experience. 2nd thing about this matter is that we ENTRUSTED that agent that we could blindly let him do his job. BUT it did not happen as they were telling its a “holiday” so they were close & etc. come on!? At least speak up be honest if you were not able to process it or let say you never applied the visa thats why there were no result if its approved or what so we will not expect! and at least let us feel all secure about it but no one even my cousin’s partner ask almost everyone who works there telling its not approved. By the way our family friend helped us find a different agency and TAKE NOTE!! It was approved within a day. Maybe if you could have handled well your clients we may not write a review like this. But because of your ZERO communication towards your dear clients then sorry we need to tell our experience so that others will not feel the tension and stress we had for how many days. It could take a nano-seconds just to update your clients for assurance. Or if you are not able to do it then dont promise and take payments like that. I hope the management can swiftly take actions on this for improvement.

Negative experience: I don’t recommned this agency. Im applying for a UK visa for my domestic worker to join me on my trip this summer. They advised me to get a tourist visa. I paid then and submitted the documents but then i found out that on the VFS website there is a domestic worker visa. When i first asked them to switch, they said too late, even though they hadn't submitted the application. I asked for my money back, and now they are refusing. This makes them unrealiable as they lack knowhow of what is the right visa to apply for, and they also clearly took my money and didnt provide me with a service. Please return my money, as you hadnt provided me with the right service.

Negative experience: Awful experience with this agency. I applied for a Dubai visa, and to make it short I waited for 5 days to be approved by the immigration but what happened is that they DIDN’T APPLY MY APPLICATION. How do I know? I tried to apply for another travel agency and they can still apply it and after a couple of hours, it was approved. PLEASE next time be honest if you're having a problem processing the application or whatsoever inform your client. Visa is not even free, we paid for it, and as a customer, we have the right to know everything. Update us, and answer our calls. Give feedbacks! We keep sending Kent a message for any updates, my partner called Beverly and Kent but no answer! Say sorry if you cause trouble it's basic! I'm raising my concern please give me feedback on this matter. I want immediate action on this. Thank you! Very disappointed!

Negative experience: Before the holiday, my friend sought help from Gatewayz visa service for her boyfriend's visa application. They assured her it was underway, but failed to provide updates. Only when she inquired did she discover it hadn't been processed at all. Left without updates, she's now burdened with extra expenses for her boyfriend's stay in Oman. Negative experience: Worst company will ever work with don’t use any from their services. They did a mistake and they Regret it. Imagine they did a mistake with the name when applying to Dubai Visa. With one letter and they say it’s not because of that, and when I called the embassy of United Arab Emirates, they told me it’s because of that and they never reapplied for my Visa or gave me any kind of refund and he close the phone on my face. I don’t recommend this company at all.
