Fantastic experience: Amazing tour company, really enjoyed my time in Dubai as the company provided excellent trips for us to see as much as we could within the time we had! Most drivers will contact you when they arrive to pick u up however not all. The drivers/guides were brilliant! Most were very helpful and friendly, would definitely use again in future!

Negative experience: I had a bad experience of booking tickets from Rayna Tours for ‘The museum of the future , Dubai’. I booked the tickets on 5th december for 12 December. On 7th, I called them and confirmed whether the ticket has been booked or not to which they confirmed that the tickets are booked. On 12th December, I went to the museum in Dubai where the voucher provided by the travels didn’t work. I called Rayna travels and they told me -sorry the tickets couldn’t be confirmed. They were no tickets available on the counter as well and therefore I could not visit the museum. It literally spoiled my whole day as I could not amend any other plans of mine. Moreover, today is 13th and I havent received any refund as well. Their behaviour on the call was also very unprofessional. They have literally spoiled my Dubai trip. If the tickets were not confirmed they could have sent a communication via email/call/message so that I could planned something else and saved my day. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Fantastic experience: Today we have driven with our Safari guide Dawood Khan, who is an amazing person. He drives very well and it makes fun to drive with him because he drives very carefully, but with a lot of action. Because I like to make pictures he made a lot of pictures for me, the pictures he made were very good. While driving at while explaining he is very professional and very fluent in English, what makes communication a lot easier. So all in all it was an excellent experience to have a trip with Dawood Khan.

Negative experience: BAD EXPERIENCE. Not Recommended. Travelled to Georgia with the tour package. The flights they booked were cheapest and low quality. The hotel in Gudauri had very limited breakfast options. And NO Air conditioning in rooms. No ventilation even. The hotel in Tblisi again had problems. They saved cost on everything provided. My bed sheet was not changed for literally 3 consecutive nights there. Tooth brush kit was only given upon request. The Guide: they provided a guide who had almost no knowledge about georgia history and didn't even complete all iterenary visits as per Rayna Tours provided to us before taking the payment. As a person he was good though. Tours: They didn't provided all Tours mentioned in the plan. Besides, mostly was only church Tours. That's a bit awkward if you are not a Christian. It's ok to see churches but only church visits ? There is so much more in Georgia.! We wanted to book extra tour via Rayna Travels but their response was much slow upon requests and as well as the prices were double compared what we booked elsewhere within tblisi agency. Few people from our group mistakenly bought extra tour from them and the guide literally said to them, I am visiting this place first time so I know nothing about it. He was just a driver. It's a joke isn't it !? We paid 105 Lari ( Aed130) approx for our 7 places visit in 1 day to vineyards and Rayna charged Aed200 for just 2 places. Contacting them was another nightmare during the trip as there were 4 or 5 different people contacting us after long waits and they say someone else will contact you for this request. Overall, I would say to avoid if you can this particular agency. Goodluck!

Fantastic experience: I had a one night lay over in Dubai and I wanted to see the dessert. I own a 4X4 and have driven dunes all over the western US so in all honestly I was worried about it being kind of Micky Mouse, but figured at least I would get to see what is outside of the city. My guide picked me up at my hotel by the airport in a new Landcurser. We then pick up two other couples at other hotels in town. He was personable and did a great job of explaining what was included in our package and what our options were for additional experiences. I opted for an additional driving on the dunes on one of there SXS. For me it was worth it to be able to experience driving on the Arabian peninsula. After a good ride on the dunes they took us to their camp for photos at sunset and then a really good show with traditional dancers. I really felt taken care of and the driver went out of his way to make it a great experience. I would 100% book with these guys again. It made my quick layover in Dubai a highlight of my trip. If you have the chance to do this take it!

Positive experience: The Desert Safari was amazing!!! Nasir our driver was great. We had lots of fun and the doon bashing was terrific. My wife and I got to ride a camel and buy a few trinkets for our daughter. The food was out of this world and we couldn’t have been happier with all of the selections. The only issue we had was the “Premium” 2 hr drink package that we paid $54/ea USD for only to find out when we got to the the dinner that we were limited to only a couple of choices of beer and then like 4 types of liquor with one mixer. No specialty drinks were an option or any of what I would consider truly premium spirits were included. Very disappointed that we weren’t told this before we added this option. We also only got about an hour and a half to enjoy, not the full 2 hours. That’s the only reason this is a 4-star and not a 5-star review!

Fantastic experience: This is a great option if you would like a cool dune bashing 4x4 ride ( if you are lucky enough to have Muhammed Ali drive you, with his super driving skills ) and add on driving your own buggy or quad for the complete experience...plus having traditional entertainment, dinner and the magic of a desert sunset to complete the experience. Negative experience: Unfortunately my recent visit was met with a terrible experience provided by Rayna Tours. I enquired with Rayna for a half-day tour of Dubai for 6 hours with Rayna Tours in a minibus. Rayna Tours acknowledged the details of the query. There was a small negotiation and then an agreement in place based on the details of the query. After agreeing the duration of the tour, the amounts, pickup etc, through WhatsApp, I then made payment. Following payment, the company messaged me late at night(!) that the tour is for 5 hours not 6. They demanded that I pay 100AED more if I wanted the additional hour. I was shocked and angered by this as I had already found agreement with them that the tour will be for 6 hours, which they acknowledged in the WhatsApp conversation. Demanding more money, despite finding agreement on initial terms is unethical and dishonest. I made them aware that I was extremely unhappy with the situation, however they doubled down that if I did not make an additional payment then the tour will be for 5 hours. I have never gone into an agreement with a business where, following payment, they attempt to change the terms of the agreement and demand more money - this is bad business practice. I did not agree to this and went ahead with the tour with the understanding that it should be 6 hours, not 5. Their driver, Aziz (apparently a freelance driver hired by Rayna), picked us up at the agreed time. I mentioned to Aziz that this tour is for 6 hours (10:00am-04:00pm). Aziz was fine with this. We went ahead with the tour and then towards the end was ready to go to the final location (Quranic Park). However, around 2:45pm, a Rayna representative apparently contacted the Aziz and demanded to end the tour immediately. Aziz looked visibly distressed receiving a number of voice notes from this representative. Aziz asked me to provide proof that the agreement was for 6 hours, which I did - I showed him screenshots of the WhatsApp conversation. It seemed that Aziz relayed this information to the representative, however they doubled down on this and demanded Aziz drop us back to our hotel. Aziz attempted to make amends of the situation and take us to an alternative location (Dubai Marina) to ‘enjoy’ for about 5 minutes. No sooner where we get off we had to get back on again and return to the hotel, cutting short the tour. I even received a WhatsApp message from the representative myself informing me that ‘Sir your tour time is over’. I have never been through anything like this at all, with any tour guide at all in any city let alone Dubai. Rayna Tours turned an enjoyable trip into a very stressful trip, which made the group extremely unhappy. Especially, since the group were looking forward to visiting Quranic Park. I was shocked by the unethical business practice by Rayna. Rayna Tours demonstrated a breach of contract, misrepresentation of purchase, unethical behaviour, lack of understanding, harassment of their own staff and harassment of a customer.

Fantastic experience: We had a great time during our safari adventure with our expert driver in the desert Mr Nashabar as well as a wonderful tour of Dubai with Mr Zahid Ali. They are both excellent professionals!

Fantastic experience: We bought Warner bros Abudhabi tickets from Rayna tours, overall experience was very good. We did get little discount on the fare, and payment and e-ticket issue was easy and convenient. Support team was highly responsive and we had a great trip to Warner bros, thanks Rayna tours team. I would definitely book more attractions from them going forward.

Negative experience: On my last trip to Dubai, I went on a desert safari with Rayna Tours, which I really enjoyed and recommended to many friends. This time, I booked a yacht trip through Rayna Tours and specifically asked if we could swim and jet ski. The sales representative from Rayna Tours assured me it was possible, so we booked a 7:00 PM slot. We attempted to make the payment twice, and although it said it failed, my card was charged twice. The sales representative then advised us to pay in cash at the departure point. Upon arrival, we were informed that swimming and jet skiing were not allowed after sunset, contrary to what the sales representative had told us. I have proof of this conversation on WhatsApp. We explained that our main intention was to swim and jet ski during the yacht trip, but the attendant suggested coming in the morning instead. Unfortunately, we had a flight the next day and couldn’t reschedule. Now, despite the false promises made during booking, Rayna Tours is refusing to refund the amount.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing, one of the best experiences in Dubai whether it is your first or fifth time here. Our driver was kind and took the time to enlighten us on some of the iconic landmarks on our drive out to the dessert. He took us through the process and gave us amazing insights into the night ahead. Service, food and amenities at the camp were perfect. A fantastic night for families of all ages.

Negative experience: I had done this tour in the past (with another tour group), but Rayna exceeded all that I had previously experienced. Firstly the driver for the pick up and drop of was very courteous and frinedly and caring. The food and the entertainment was par excellent. The only downside was that the trek was bumpy (maybe because of overuse) and the dunes were shallow and not the higher ones that I had previously experienced. I took the Premium package as that gave me many other benefits ( I guess) All in all, this is a package I would recommend to all.

Fantastic experience: Earlier I was skeptical about which tour to book my desert safari with, bcoz there are so many options available. My aunt suggested Rayna tours and we went ahead with Rayna for its word of mouth. The money they charge for the ride is totally worth it. It’s a very good option for people vegetarian food preferences. The entertainment shows were too good, couldn’t move our eyes away from the dancers. I’d suggest you to pre plan the additional paid activities you want to do, because it can get difficult to accommodate all the activities and the sunset. Rana uncle, our safari driver, was very gentle with us and we had a good time in the dune bashing too! Kudos to team Rayna❤️

Fantastic experience: We toured Dubai from 31st of May and stayed in Four Points Bur Dubai. Within the hotel premise there is a travel help desk run by Rayna Tours. Although our initial plan was to use the local transportation to go around, since we travelled with my 5yr old son decided to look for a private drive to take us across Dubai covering all important tourist attractions. We approached Almas at the travel desk and she was very helpful. Was very patient to listen to our needs, explained each tour package and helped us to choose the right option. The booking was followed up and we got our car details promptly. Zeeshan Ayub who took us around in his neat car was knowledgeable and very friendly. He didn't hurry us anywhere.Every destination was will explained with it's historical references and he was kind enough to take our photographs :-) Overall a very pleasant experience and highly recommended during the hot summer season in Dubai esp when traveling with kids.

Fantastic experience: Our family booked Safary on June 12, 2024. The total impression of the evening is positive. Special thanks to our driver Rana Saleem for high professional skills. Would like to point out his knowledge of the country, interesting comments, attention to the customers, responsiveness and excellent driving skills. Negative experience: We had a trip to Abu Dhabi with Rayna Tours and we had the worst experience ever. Itenary: First of all the driver/guide was not customer friendly. He forced us to follow his own itenary and he made us skip most of the places. We gave them a itenary a week to 2 weeks before, however, the driver said we cannot go there and he took us to less interesting places such as an art centre which was merely a waste of time as they had only souvenirs to buy and nothing else. Please do not opt for these places and waste the time. Duration: We had booked 10 hours of the vehicle, and we were about to start by 7.00 am ad that was our plan, however the driver asked us to change the timing by 8.00am. This was totally disappointing and spoiled our entire day and he did this time change by night 10.00pm past. Package: The package was 1000 aed which was a total waste of money +60 aed for louvre Museum. We couldn't spend enough time in any of the places as the driver was rushing. The package was for 10 hours however the driver rushed and dropped us back in 8 hours. Driver's attitude: He was so annoying that he questioned us about some history and when we never knew about it, he just insulted and laughed at us which was annoying and so rude. Thats not the way one treats the customer. He didn't have to courtesy to stop for the lunch or breakfast. Fantastic experience: Muhammad Sajjad our driver was very friendly and experienced. We really enjoyed the desert safari and the buffet dinner was exemplary. The only downside we faced was the price of coffee at the restaurant. 40 dirham for a cup is excessive. Otherwise the timing and experience was executed to perfection.

Positive experience: Nice company. Our driver Ahmed was very friendly. What was bad about our Safari is; Shisha experience. I have never seen a shisha place where you share a few shisha with a hundred of visitors. Shisha is not so expensive and costful staff to be prepared. So it must be really for especially everyone if it is included in the package.
