Negative experience: Very very disappointed with the booking process. Two times the booking transaction failed and still my money deducted from my account. When you call customer service not helpfull at all. They tell you to add more money to make new booking. This is completely a fraud. Am still waiting refund of two transactions. Very frustrating and inconvenienced.

Negative experience: I thought I got a good deal from Travel Wings but I was wrong. The booking I made excluded the cost of checked in baggage BUT…I didn’t see a notice stating this before I paid. The money I thought I saved is now gone and more. To buy checked in baggage separately it starts at AED461 for 5kg and goes up to AED966 for 30kg. I ended up paying much more money going through Travel Wings instead of saving. It’s disappointing this is their strategy.

Fantastic experience: We have taken an all inclusive package for self & wife in July-August 2024. The package included a SUV with driver and a local guide. And five star hotels & resorts in Thimphu, Punakha and Paro. The arrangements were outstanding, guide was excellent, car was in excellent condition. A very good care was taken from the time we landed in Paro airport till we were dropped there after spending 7 nights in Bhutan. The package was managed by Ms Nikita at Travelwings so professionally that we only enjoyed our trip and rest was taken care off by the guide. Negative experience: I recently had a very disappointing experience with TravelWings. When I called to inquire about available flights and make a booking, the staff member I spoke with was extremely unprofessional. In the middle of our conversation, while I was still asking questions, they abruptly hung up the phone. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I had hoped for a smooth and helpful booking process, but instead, I was met with rudeness and a lack of basic courtesy. TravelWings seriously needs to improve their customer service standards. I will be taking my business elsewhere and recommend others do the same unless they want to risk having a similar negative experience.

Negative experience: I really don't recommend this agency. The call centre service is dreadful. The call agents speak neither English nor Arabic adequately, so I'm not sure which market they are supposed to be serving. They didn't book my halal meal with the airline, even though it was requested, so it being a South African airline, I was offered bacon and eggs with no alternative. The ticket includes no luggage allowance, and even though I had a carry on that was within the limits I was forced to check it in and pay extra. On my outbound flight, I used the same airline and booked the ticket myself directly. I had none of these problems. I therefore don't recommend this agency at all.

They refer you to the airline for the seat but airline will only assign as they dont have the payment and only the AGENCY can do it! Now i asked for the change of name they said not possible ? Why???!!!!! They asked me to refer again to airline but airline can’t do anything about it asthey said they booked i have to check with agaency they should be the one to modify that. Fantastic experience: By mistake I booked a flight leaving from Lanseria instead of OR Tambo. Naina was able to cancel the flight for the minimum fee of R300 straight away so that I could book another. She was understanding and efficient and I appreciate her professionalism.

I always choose travel wings for smooth and hassle free travel and just sitting pretty. I'll just rate it 4-star this time to have improvement on the itinerary. We took the Bali Trip, considering Bali is soo traffic, it was soo hard to reach from destination to another. Our half day becomes full day tour coz they made sure we covered it all but we become exhausted and miss the Beach. I suggest to allot beach itinerary for Bali. Negative experience: Absolutely horrific experience with this company . They are a total rip off!!!!!!! They put you on hold for hours on end ,are slow and unprofessional in dealings. I booked with them twice ,including my last experience which just happened today. I secured the booking online and selected to pay via TABBY so transaction could be split over 4 instalments .All seemed legit until the end of the transaction when the final stage of payment came, Tabby conveniently disappeared and TRAVELWINGS DEDUCTED THE ENTIRE AMOUNT FROM MY ACCOUNT!!!!! Endless calls and dealing with rude, incompetent staff who lie .No rules and consistency in company policies. The consultant told me funds would be refunded in 5 to 7 days, the I was told 25 to 30 working days!!!!!! He threatened that no refund will be made sooner. They scam people this way. Do not be fooled using Tabby on the site. Its a total scam and they are the worst nightmare of a company to deal with!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Overall, the travel package from Dubai to Azerbaijan is excellent. Travel Guide and Driver are very kind and professional. Hotel is quite good. Package Price also is reasonable. Baku city tour is excellent program to visit best places. However, Gabala trip is too far from Baku, it took 5+5 hour in the bus. So I recommend to visit another good place less than 3+3 hours. Some co-travellers always are late to keep time to make trip schedule delay. It may be needed some measure for them to keep time for considering others. Later, if I have opportunity to visit countries such as Armenina, Georgia near Azerbaijan, I may consider Travelwings again.
