Fantastic experience: Satguru Travels has truly been a game-changer in our travel planning experience! With their unparalleled expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction, they have become our go-to resource for all our organization travel and accommodation needs. From the moment I met with Mr. Hussain from Satguru Travels, I was impressed by his professionalism and dedication to Customers Concerns and requirements. He has a team of professional travel advisors who take the time to understand our preferences and budget, they make sure we get the best possible deal to make the travel for our staff’s a bliss. Also, on a personal note, Hussain has supported me getting the Saudi Visa’s done for me, my family and extended family within a very short period and also he manages with ease all my vacation plans. Thanks to Team Satguru for making all our business travels a moment to look forward.

Negative experience: I have always held Satguru Travels in high esteem in the past and referred them lots of clients, however my opinion changed in March / April 2024 because of the experience we have had during our group’s trip to Uzbekistan. To my mind we faced 3 issues broadly: 1. The hotel staff in Tashkent was very unprofessional and mismanaged the entire check-in process there by making us wait for hours in the lobby. Ideally, the local team / partner of Satguru should have been there on ground to make sure everything is managed well. 2. The tour guide didn’t anticipate and manage check-ins in Tashkent, there by one of our members had to take the entire responsibility to manage the trip’s logistics/ coordination. 3. Despite of me suggesting the tour guide few things during the tour to enhance the experience, he completely ignored them. He and the drivers in Tashkent were not at all friendly, rather one of the drivers misbehaved with me. We came back and provided the feedback to the Satguru employees here in Dubai, however to our surprise the senior management didn’t get involved in understanding the issues and never apologized for the inconvenience caused by their Uzbekistan team. Its very sad to see an organization like Satguru Travels not doing justice with its loyal and old referral partners.

Negative experience: We recently booked a trip to Uzbekistan through Satguru travel agency, and our experience was extremely disappointing. Our group was supposed to travel together, creating fun and sweet memories, but instead, we ended up divided into two different groups. This completely ruined the sense of togetherness we had hoped for. Additionally, the agency failed to arrange proper food for vegetarians in our group. Despite informing them in advance about this, we were left struggling during the trip. This lack of consideration and planning was very frustrating. Overall, the mismanagement and lack of attention to our needs made this trip a regrettable experience. We had high hopes for a memorable journey, but unfortunately, it turned out to be quite the opposite. I would not recommend this travel agency to anyone looking for a well-organized and enjoyable travel experience.

Negative experience: Two experiences in a row, a staycation and another international trip - both disaster. Made a mistake of falling for their smooth talk and assurance of a memorable for our group to redeem for the past experience we had. Well, memorable it was, for the wrong reasons. No coordination, total unprofessionalism and when we shared a feedback, their response was - "this is industry standards". And when the matter was escalated, Satguru Travels' response was, "we will give a voucher to few people in the group" to be used for future services with them (as if we didn't have enough already). Haven't understood the logic on that partial voucher when an entire group endured the experience. Anyways - long story short. Very bad experience. Wont use, wont recommend.

Negative experience: I recently booked a group travel package with Satguru Travel in Dubai, and the experience was nothing short of a disaster. Despite multiple assurances and a detailed call prior to our departure, the arrangements were poorly handled from the start. A significant part of our travel was the train journey, where Satguru Travel failed us. We specifically requested to travel together as a group, yet we were split into two separate compartments instead of being accommodated in a single one. This mismanagement prevented us from enjoying the trip together and significantly hampered our experience. When we provided feedback to Satguru Travel, their response was shocking. They dismissed our concerns, stating that this was the standard experience provided by their agency and even claimed it was normal industry practice. This attitude displayed a complete lack of accountability and concern for customer satisfaction. Moreover, the agency did not offer any apology for the mismanagement. Their indifference to our grievances was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. In conclusion, our journey with Satguru Travel was a regrettable experience. The poor arrangements and the agency's dismissive response to our feedback have left us with no desire to ever use their services again. I would not recommend Satguru Travel to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable travel experience.

Negative experience: My family, including our two kids, recently took a trip to Uzbekistan with Satguru Travels, which we booked through their Dubai office. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The hotel arrangements, food choices, trip coordination, and overall organization were all subpar. Despite giving feedback to the office, their response was vague and unhelpful, showing a lack of accountability. Even reaching out to top management didn't lead to a satisfactory resolution. Based on our experience, I can't recommend Satguru Travels for future trips. Their service didn't meet our expectations, and I suggest exploring other options for a better travel experience.

Negative experience: I recently had a very disappointing experience with Satguru. Not only was their initial service subpar, but their after-sales service was even worse. Despite multiple attempts to reach out and resolve the issues, I received no satisfactory response. The screenshot attached clearly shows the horrible client service I experienced. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to consider alternative options if they value good service and support.

Negative experience: Recently travelled to Uzbek, and honestly it was a good trip because a fellow passenger decided to handle things instead of Satguru. The Satguru team completely went AWOL when on site requests need to be handled. The cherry on the top was, after explaining the experience to the concerned management, the response given was “this falls under typical travel experience”. The lack of accountability is shocking. Would not recommend

Negative experience: The manager in Turkey, Dhiraj Sindhi is a thief but he is rubbing his own company. Why I am writing this because they did discrimination to me and now every body will learn their relation. Veda and Dhiraj fired me because I learned their dark issues. They are sharing markup amount coming from Cash clients and accounting also knows. Satguru lost one of the biggest company in Gaziantep because of her bad service but Dhiraj didn’t take any action. For transfer and package business Staff telling to supplier to add more to invoice Satguru and after they will come to office and make payment by hand to these staff and share with Dhiraj (there is a prof) Last but not least, Dhiraj gave one global company to Ankara Veda hn but the client is located istanbul and check their mark up you can understand why he gave to Veda? they are sharing huge amount together ! He is not thinking his company only thinking his packet

Negative experience: We applied for a Japan visa. We were told the application was done v quickly, but there was no way I could check, and finally visa took 9 wks to arrive thereby we had to cancel our trip and incur losses. All through the 9 wks, the followup and feedback to us was absolutely terrible - very unresponsive staff - no answer for 4-5 days - No response to phone or WhatsApp. Even now when visa is approved, for 5 days there is no update on actually getting the visa. One of the worst experiences of my 35 yr travelling career - Would not recommend this agency.

Negative experience: Horrible tourism service. I don’t recommend at all. We went on a package to Azerbaijan, Baku and let me tell you… The hotel location is in suburb area and all room views are ugly (back side of buildings and bin areas). Claiming that this is a 4* hotel, actually it’s 2* maximum. I came with my mother on this trip promoting your services and it was embarrassing that this is the service I received. The tours were ONLY for Indian groups, Indian music, food and group. Not Azerbaijani which is a shame because this trip was to visit Azerbaijan not India. Tour was also until very late hours (past 12am) because it was not well organised. Not using this service ever again.

Fantastic experience: I have been using the services provided by Mohammed Hussain of Satguru, and his team for all my travel requirements for my family vacations. Mohammed has personally ensured that my family has been completely looked after for my travels to Maldives, Canada and Turkey. From departure, to arrival and transport to the hotels / resorts, the food services, the rooms, the tourist trips and itineraries, the whole thing. Mohammed has been a revelation for me and I am never going to look elsewhere. I am so happy with the services of Satguru that I have even got my corporate clients to become a customer of Satguru. You need to give Mohammed an amazing bonus and raise. He is an asset!!

His in-depth knowledge, passion, and friendly demeanor made our journey truly memorable. We appreciate and thank him for going above and beyond to ensure we experienced the best of Agra, India. I highly recommend him from Satguru Travel and Tourism for an enriching and enjoyable tour!

Negative experience: I would probably not recommend Satguru Travels to anyone for Dubai at least. They charged us premium yet the services offered were mediocre. They booked very basic level tickets to all the parks and destinations we visited. It did not even feel like we were being treated for how much we were charged. Very disappointed and likely will not recommend any of my friends and relatives.

Negative experience: The visa team not answering the phone call The receptionist tried to give me their email With 0 luck , because she is assuming that you already know the email . You don’t read long email address all at once and very fast and you don’t have patience if i request to spell it again I called them twice with exactly same bad experience .

Negative experience: They just asking me now to put AED 3000 security deposit because I want to bring my son for a visit, and the sales person didn't want to help or even answer me to make it when I asked it's too much.. is that legal to take this kind of deposit

Negative experience: I had a conversation with a staff member in the general inquiries department, and to my dismay, the person who answered the call, a Filipina, placed me on hold without offering any explanation or response to my inquiries. This is unacceptable customer service, and the welcoming attitude was extremely rude..

The Royal Brunei Abu Dhabi team excel in the lack of service The VM always says “there are no available agents “ . As for dubai I was told “ send us an email “ we cannot make reservations with information received via a call. Email sent - no reply .

For my Chennai group tourist they booked vehicle point to point services , Drivers did their jobs like a machine, dont have the knowledge about tourist services , In the final instead of 2 vehicle they arranged one vehicle and looted some amount.
